What did you end up doing about the split square shaft gear in Bing? I still haven't found any replacement ones, and gluing the one together for my snowman hasn't worked either.

How did you attach the string on the Bing Crosby so it doesn't slip off again? I'm trying to attach it to the shaft again (motor spins back and forth just fine).
Where is the speed dial for the head located on these?

Hey bailey if you fix a mouth on a rocky do you still have to take off the rubber on the legs because I might get a rocky and not fix the uppercut arm but only fix the mouth
