Heh... I dealt with a lot of depression and self doubt until I found someone who liked me for who I am. We aren't in touch but he really made a difference in my life. Know that everyone feels self doubt, so don't worry to much about what people think of you. The ones that don't judge are your real friends.

I dont think this is going to be seen but
when i first listened to this song in 2016, i was really insecure and my entire worth was based off of others. I struggled a lot with my body image, eating, and a lot of other things. I remember finding this song and it just hit me so hard, even now it impacts me so much. I've improved a lot since then, but even know i find the lyrics incredibly relatable. I always imagined future me singing this song to me, and if I could go back in the past I would sing this for her. She deserves to know that her worth is not dependant on others, and she is perfect the way she is. She doesn't need to tear herself down to make others happy. She doesn't need to please others at all. If she would just look in the mirror and realize how much she's really worth, she'd realize that her happiness and beauty is right there, within herself.

SNAFU is so different when put in the romance/slice of life genre. That's what I love most about this anime because it is so realistic and natural. This is a true reminder of High School and its too good to miss. It's not much initially, but it's a lot deeper than most would think. The underlying themes are relatable and I suggest people to look at it for something different in the romcom genre.
