Jeff McBride is one of the best in the business. He's been at it for many years and has instruction CD's if you're interested. I bought them and they're fantastic, highly recommend if you're interested in slight of hand card manipulation.
David Blaine is not a card magician, per se. I don't even know if he deals with cards at all. Card manipulation is a very specific and highly skilled art. It takes of course many, many disciplined HOURS and HOURS(untold, actually) of practice to reach this level, if ever.
