Why affirmations?
Whether we realize it or not, we affirm all day everyday. Our thoughts are our affirmations! What you are thinking you are affirming. Thoughts are a form of energy and energy creates, energy shifts, energy makes movement, energy takes physical form. There are no other techniques needed to manifest your desired reality. What we affirm, what we say, what we think, what story we tell eventually becomes a belief. Shift your thoughts, shift your reality.
How long should I affirm for?
Personally, It may take some time for me to shift from one way of thinking to another. Most of us have been thinking the same thoughts for years. Telling the same story in our mind for years. To shift, these affirmations need to take root. Be gentle on yourself. You won't believe your new thought process in the beginning. It may feel uncomfortable to affirm and think thoughts completely opposite of what you are use to. It will feel foreign to affirm a new story in your mind, but persistence is KEY! Don’t give up. Affirm until it is so ingrained in your new thought process you find yourself automatically repeating your affirmations in your mind without even trying! Eventually you will see movement and eventually it will become your new belief.
Use these affirmations as a tool as your own choice at your own risk. I am not a professional therapist and in no way here to tell you what is right for you. These affirmations are here for you as a TOOL to better positive thinking only. They do not guarantee anything. It is your choice and free will if you decide to listen. All is love here.

You absolutely will! Have you watched videos on law of assumption and impressing the subconscious mind? it has been found that certain neural pathways are increased when we practise self-affirmation. affirmations are one of the best ways to turn old negative beliefs and thinking into new positive ones creating change in our life!
