Hi! I have the same curls as you, lots of texture, volume, and curlier at the roots (especially in the front!). I am so glad you did the video...I LOVE mine as well. So with the roots, because I'm lazy, I bring the big oval brush up to my roots and keep it there with a bit of tension before moving it slowly down the rest of my hair. This has really helped with smoothing out my roots and I don't need to go back over it with anything else...except for the very front at my hairline. I do get a flat iron and smooth that down. However...I am going to order the smaller barrel to see if that helps with grabbing my hair more closely since they are shorter.

I’m looking to buy a hot air brush, regardless of price, for someone close to me that has curly, shoulder-length hair. She needs to be able to get her hair straight & dry without any product in it, in order to have a stylist style her hair for a ballroom dance hairstyle for competitions. Fats and easy would be great!
