Very nice conversation, every word Mr.Varun spoke was of immense value, people may feel he is an insane, but its true. Same as him I told our CEO when he was in an general discussion with all company associates that why do not we start building an online campus for our company which will enable potential to get capable people to onboard remotely and we need not have to have a big building to stuff up people and have the advantage of a rich talent pool working from every corner of the country, well it was not really acknowledged. It was in 2019 the same year Mr.Varun talked of remote work. And its a reality now.

From which college did you do MBA? How much salary did you get as a fresher?
This directly means that if ai takes over human jobs the economies will definitely crash as if consumption falls the economy falls. And we are actually overthinking about ai, Ai have a long way to go . We are not even close to what we imagine. Yes in content field ai is rocking because the work is most releared to information and people engaged in this sector are mostly freelancers. Ai taking over humans is far away in reality. Not even 5% of people in our country knows about AI.
Its not about general population knowing about it, its about how much tech giants have achieved in the background, that we don't even know yet.

If AI takes all the jobs away no need to think the company will profit as there won’t be money circulation and hence in turn no one will purchase and thereby reducing the profit significantly 😂. It would be like Digging your own grave. AI could be used but it can’t replace as it will destroy the entire concept of economy as well.

Next 5-7 years will be turbulent for white collars...10-12 years down the lane AI is going to decrease the need for Human labour in corporates significantly...It is bound to happen...Because a corporate runs for profit motive and greatest concern for them besides providing service is giving compounded return to investors ...A skilled labour is a huge headache for a corporate as a human can negotiate for salary hikes, a human can protest , humans are not ready to work more than 8-9 hours/day + providing medical insurance to employees and other accesory costs play a vital role in cutting ✂️ the profit margin of a company.....No company likes getting controlled by labour demands ....They will eventually Deploy Generative AI and its upcoming higher models.Because it is win win for Both investors and the Enterprises.
And what about underprivileged workers.. please dont think like a robot people need money for livelihood and survival govts will regulate ai so as to avoid whatever you said will happen in a limited restricted manner profits over people should never be the goal

All influencer's like Varun mayya who are trying to expedite the adoption of AI don't realise that, if AI can help me get the knowledge & if they can do everything which a CZcams video or a blog is doing now, e..g. comparing products, providing insights, giving a pros & cons on any historical event or political decision, sharing the experiences of successful people, people will switch to AI this reducing the traffic on these videos/blogs & this destroying the advertisement industry which is only way to monetize this. So, Varun maaya and others while promoting AI, they are silently preparing for their own unemployment.

Everyone is talking about AI. Say AI replaces lot of jobs then it will difficult for companies to find customers and difficult for government to handle unemployment. An unemployed person is more dangerous to society than AI. So there will be another channel where people will move thank having doomsday.

What's the present position of AI and in how many years AI takes charge
It's literally 1970s again where computer start replacing paper work and it was threatening livelihoods of millions of Americans and Europe but as time went in it got integrated into society now we can't imagine world with millions of computer and phones . Ai may cause problems in start but it will settle in decade or two .
