Its simple. Just get the KNUST customized envelope from any Post Office branch. The envelope is already address all you have to do is to put your application printout and supporting document inside and post

Thanks for the assistance. Please it is written at the last page on the printed form that the person who will endorse the form should endorse at least one of candidate's passport-size picture photograph on the reverse side. Am confused at that place.
