Ball-zee has such good structure to his beats, you could literally take any round from anything hes done and write a song over it.
I think that because every beatboxer has their own signature sound we should respect them all regardless and appreciate their unique talents. Big Up all!

Ball-Zee can make so great sounds and all but he doesn't let his beats play out the way Slizzer does. He makes his two minutes into like a full song. Slizzer deserves more credit.
There were 5 Judges at all: ZeDe - Beatbox world champion 2009, Skiller - Beatbox world champion 2012, Lytos - Emperor of MiC 2010, Dharni - Emperor of MiC 2011 and NeXor, Austrian champion and host of the Emperor of MiC.
the first set of slizzer was off the charts... amazingly good, very nice and smooth... who cares if its easy to do or hard... it was a very good idea of slizzer and for me the battle won slizzer

It's Ball-Zee's laser and unfortunately, unless you have a chip in one of your front top two teeth you won't be able to do Ball-Zee's laser so it truly is his and only his. He blows air through the chip in his teeth to streamline the air to make the sound. There are other laser sounds like I have my own version, Skilly Skillz also from the UK does a laser sound, and some people have their own versions of their lasers. I wanted to learn it too, but I just had to make my own version.
Why does your comment have so many downvotes? It was a really great battle, and really close because it was musicality vs technicality which is hard to judge. I love slizzer too, one of my favourite beatbox battlers, but Ball-zee had this one man.

Technically, Ball-zee is better. But I really like Slizzer's sets. This is all brand-new beat from him. Good job.
I'm a Slizzer and DeadMau5 fan but Slizzer's first round progressed as slowly as every song of DeadMau5's :P But pretty cool beat!

slizzer shoulda won, his second round is sick... definitely the most musical beatboxer out there apart from beardyman. everyone else is on a technical hype which is sick cos its difficult but only beatboxers rate the technical side cos they know how difficult it is... to get normal people appreciating beatboxing you gotta show them the likes of slizzer

Slizzer was fucking sick. His style keeps moving forward. Ball zee was great but Slizzer was far more creative and intersting for me. Ball Zee was a lot better technically though.

Dude, this was not a good round for Slizzer, in the interview he said that he had some troubles and that he did not that good, so.. we can't say more about this Slizzer battle, we know he's musical, i really like Slizzer he's one of my favorites, but come on.. we know he didnt show his best.

No no no no. Slizzer is about music.....ummmm Beatboxing is about music....it was created for musical purposes. Ball zee won cause he did things that are very hard to do and when it came to slizzer he was choosing the musical route but on a small scale except for his second round. If he was able to push that much energy in his first round he would've won.

What are everyone talking about? Who is overrated? Your opinions are only thing overrated in this video. Jury is far more experienced and better in beatbox than you so don't talk like you know who is better and why. That is a matter of taste so shut up and don't bash on others hard work.
ah seems lke slizzer will never win.. Although he gives such amazing performances (like world champs with Shawn Lee) the judges (lytos, skiller,nexor, zede* most of them are technical beatboxers) dont really dig his style. For me Slizzer makes music! not just some random broken up beats..
