I'm really sorry you're going through a hard time. I had a period of a few years that were pretty bad for me but I was eventually able to find a really good therapist who has been able to help me. I still have bad days but, overall I'm doing a lot better. It really does get better, I know it doesn't always feel like it but I promise it does. 💜

I was actually just looking for one of my 500 notebooks to write down a freakin list of all of the things I randomly remember to do so I can check them off as I go and maybe finally get SOMETHING done. I waste everyday just hopping from task to task, getting distracted, suddenly remembering 100 different things that I keep forgetting to do, then I stress myself out trying to get everything done asap until I eventually end up in freeze mode, then my dog has to go outside and I forget everything I was doing and/or planned to do. I swear she is a god dam witch. I am recovering from some food poisoning, while having cramps, which occured right before my last two finals for this semester. My uncle always added peas to the mac & cheese and hot dogs when we were kids. When I realized I'm an adult who didn't have to eat peas because I didn't like them, I switched em for broccoli. 3:33 my friend & I actually managed to walk through the McDonald's drive-thru around 3am one night, about 20 years ago (damn I'm old 🤦🏻♀️🤣) I lived two doors down from the McD's & she was visiting from out of town. We were absolutely plastered & convinced the staff to give us food lol. We then walked down the street to an elementary school and sat on top of their play structure to eat our food 🤣
