Travis and Jason Kelce, the NFL brothers, recently had a royal encounter that they couldn't stop talking about on their podcast New Heights. While in London, they met Prince William, the future King of England, and his two oldest children, Princess Charlotte and Prince George.
The highlight of the meeting was undoubtedly Princess Charlotte, who won over Jason's heart with her charm and charisma. "I gotta say, Prince William was fantastic," Jason said on the podcast. "But the highlight was Princess Charlotte. She was so adorable. Like, I cannot." Travis agreed, calling her a "superstar" and saying she was "super charming".
Jason's affection for Princess Charlotte might have been due to his own experience as a dad to three daughters. He appreciated how Princess Charlotte had a lot of energy and was asking questions, showing her curiosity and personality.
Travis gave credit to Prince William for being a great dad who encourages his kids to be present and vocal. "I love it when parents ask their kids to be involved, be vocal," he said. "If anyone's doing it right, Prince William is doing it right."
The encounter left both brothers in awe. Travis admitted that he was a bit overwhelmed and didn't know how to behave around the royal family. "They were an absolute delight to meet," he said.
