    Hi. Just got mine yesterday and rode it through an hour of congested traffic back home. That dry clutch will grow on you. Waiting to see your next review of the bike

    Best of both worlds, V4s with luggage as a daily ride and that stunning RS.
    With luck i will get a test ride sometime.

    I am sorry but dry clutch was a mistake on this bike.
    Just waiting for people starting complaining about it .
    Good bike.
    Nothing else.
    Specially for the price range.

    Any idea what the differences are between the 2023 and 2024 v4s? I was there Saturday and the guy said he wasn't sure... doh! They'll offer a deal on the leftover 2023 for me so that would be ideal if there aren't any changes. Great vid!

      No real difference. I wouldn't hesitate to get a 23 V4S if it's a good deal. Fantastic bike. Overall best bike on the market in my opinion. I love my RS, but if I could have only one... V4S

    You need to open up the dry clutch up or you will burn it up in a couple hundred miles. It needs a lot of cold air to keep it working properly. I already rebuilt my V4r clutch because the cover was open but not open enough and that’s from Ducati USA

      You probably make a good point. Guess I'll have to learn to love that sound 😆

      True! It's marketed to old men like me :)

    What is the top speed? Does it still stop at about 145 mph?

    • @turvovo
      @turvovo  Před 7 měsíci

      Not sure yet. The extra power and higher redline should increase it but the gearing is different also... maybe I'll find out eventually. In general the multi is not particularly aerodynamic compared to a sport bike so top speed is never going to be its strength

      @@turvovo The M1000XR will be hitting 172 mph with 200+ hp stock, so I'm hoping this can do the same otherwise Ducati is in trouble.
      $28,000k vs $40,000 that is a no brainer.

    • @turvovo
      @turvovo  Před 7 měsíci +2

      @Waldo1122 I agree both bikes are expensive and the RS exceedingly so. But chasing top speed is not what these bikes are about in my opinion. I could buy a used $5000 Hayabusa and go 180mph+ all day long. I have not ridden the latest greatest XR and I'm sure it's great. I've ridden some a few years ago and it's really a different feel than the Multi. My personal preference was the Multi for a number of reasons having to do with the riding experience. Not saying it's "better" than the XR just that it suits me better.

      @@turvovo I'm just wondering because Ducati is asking an extra $10k for higher maintenance(loses the 32k mile valve check), lower torque, worse fuel milage, smaller fuel tank than the rally, and all the problems that come with the V4 Multi. Without a MUCH higher top speed such as at least 170 this is worse than the Pikes Peak. This is an insane price jump unless there is a major top speed increase.
