No, the Pod doesn't generate any power so you would still need a power amplifier of some sort to drive the speaker.

No vibrato and acoustic simulator on the pod express. Add those two pedals to the Pod 6 and you're pretty much set.
There is tremolo, which is very similar sounding to vibrato.

Nam modelling + Genome plugin beats anything I've ever used for recording. Line 6 is garbage at this point.
It can replace an entire rig, with three caveats: 1) the $3000 rig somehow manages to have zero specificity, 2) you overlook the fact basically any modern modeler can replace that rig and sound convincing, many of which have a massively better value proposition at every price point, and 3) the $3000 rig being replaced has less than 10 knobs to adjust tone.

Nope....modelers suck...suck tone. Ive owned them all so Im not singling out Line 6. Take a great amp tone, then take any of these modelers in line and watch your tone suck away. I don't care how good you are with line level, bypass settings, or buffers....these units all do the same thing and I have owned them all. Helix, Hx stomp XL, Fractal, Kemper, and the Quad Cortex. The worst by far is the quad cortex....it colors the entire signal chain and destroys "feel". Anyone saying otherwise is a liar....or honestly, you've never played through a tube amp..."like that"....and that's the truth. I buy these pieces of crap to try them out. I always buy used and get rid of them the second I find out they screw your tone. Buy Analog...and just play the instrument instead of a computer.
Matteo Mancuso uses a Helix Floor and HX Stomp, and I'd say he's got some of the best tone around these days.

I have my Pod Express in the effects loop of my Mesa Fillmore and when I have the EQ flat there is ZERO tone change when I turn on the Pod Express. If I want to add a little delay and reverb, it works great. Not sure where you're get your "tone loss" from a pedal that changes nothing when I switch it on.

I demoed one of these extensively a couple days ago and I thought it really just ruined the sound coming out of the amplifier. Everything sounded digital and tinny. I don’t understand how so many people are endorsing the sound quality. I am definitely not what you’d consider an audio snob and for me it was notable.
