My tip to you Adam is to put 2 or 3 newcastle tops or tee shirts in a polothene bag and then put in the fridge. This will help with the scorching heat over there, shorts too if free from skid marks of-course. It was a tip I got from a disk jockey over in Ibiza and believe me it works.
