Monsters:
3x - Beatunaful Princess (Main starter, can get Leaffish from deck)
3x - Lifeless Leaffish (Dumps a ghoti, preferably Shif)
2x - Fishbord Harpooner (Can pitch a Water Monster in hand, like the level 2 tuners)
1x - Silent Angler (Free special, level 4 helps with synchros)
If I could, Abyss Shark probably would've made the list.
3x - Paces, Light of the Ghoti (Banish from Field summon ANY fish from hand, will come back next turn)
2x - Shif, Fairy of the Ghoti (Banish from Grave to give a Fish 500ATK, will come back next turn)
2x - Zep, Ruby of the Ghoti (Banish from Hand to banish a Fish from Grave, can only come back if it's banish during your opponent's turn)
2x - Snopois, Shade of the Ghoti (Banish 2 Fish from hand/grave, summon from hand. Can help rebanish any Ghoti tuners)
1x - Ixeep, Omen of the Ghoti (Free body if a Fish gets banished?)
1/2x - Keaf, Murk of the Ghoti (Banish your opponent's monster, bring back a banished Fish)
1x - Psiics, Moonlight of the Ghoti (Can search ANY Fish)
3x - Maxx "C" (yeah.)
3x - Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring (You can use this under Shifter, but not Maxx "C")
2x - Dimension Shifter (We are one of those decks, but you can make do without it)
2x - Hop Ear Squadron (Quick synchro to make Aironpos or Askaan, since both are generic.)
Spells/Traps:
3x - The Most Distant, Deepest Depths (Ghoti field spell that isn't searchable, but will get you any Ghoti you need)
2x - Lightning Storm (Break boards)
2x - Called by the Grave (Stops handtraps)
1x - Triple Tactics Talent (The draw 2 is very nice sometimes...)
1x - Raigeki (Break boards)
1x - Crossous Designator (Stops things, or, you can declare a Ghoti card like Paces, and banish it for it to come back next turn)
1x - Infinite Impermanence (It might come up)
Extra Deck:
Want to preface, there's a lot of Water Synchros, like the new Ice Barrier ones, but all of the level 2 Tuners can only go into Fish Synchros with their Quick Effects, but you are more than welcome to adjust the extra deck to slot in new Lancea, and Trishula Zero, or some generic ones like Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon or a Crystal Wing. That, and with the amount of 4s you have, Stealth Kragen can be slotted in.
3x - Arionpos, Serpent of the Ghoti (Main Fish banisher, can banish a Zep, or Psiics)
2x - Askaan, the Bicorned Ghoti (Removal, and can bring itself back)
2x - Ghoti of the Deep Beyond (B A N I S H)
1x - Guoglim, Spear of the Ghoti (You don't really play this one, but I pulled a Royal Rare one so it made the cut.)
1x - Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying (You are banishing a lot of cards, and he slots right in)
1x - Fish Lamp (A Ghoti tuner and a Keaf or Sardine can make this, and has a decent GY effect)
1x - White Aura Whale (Board wipe! and can it bring itself back)
1x - Adamancipator Risen - Dragite (Spell/Trap negation)
1x - Baronne de Fleur (Negation, if the hand is crazy you could make this)
1x - Icejade Gymir Aegirine (Protection for your board)
1x - S:P Little Knight (You don't have to banish your opponent's card, you could banish a Ghoti tuner in Grave...)

Pure can be intresting but whit a white aura engine you can spam so much more body that you double your board on turn 2. What extra deck do you use other than the Ghoti syncro?

I do like the White Aura engine giving you much more to work with as for Synchros, will probably give it a try later.
White Aura Whale (Fish Synchro) is good as a board wipe, Chengying is great as for non-targetting removal banishes, synergizing with Ghotis and helping lowering attack/defense.
S:P Little Knight is in there because you don't HAVE to banish something on your opponents field, she can banish a Ghoti tuner in your graveyard as well.
Adamancipator Risen - Dragite is great as a spell/trap negation, Baronne de Fleur is a overall great synchro for an omni and pop.
Icejade Gymir Aegirine is great for protecting your field, from destruction or banishing.
