The company should supply steal toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses! Simple things that will save lives, feet, eyes,finger, hands, should not be left to employee or be optional. I have crazy respect for how hard these men and women work! I wouldn't make it 4 hours.

so next time you go by a axe for 50/125$'s remember the person making it likely got $ 1.00 per day or less for his labor.
They forged that ax head out of very brittle metal, they allowed it to cool down way too much while working it, the side-wall thickness for the handle was terribly thin, and it had no heat treatment of any kind. I wouldn't trust that thing to survive very long before flying into pieces of shrapnel.

Most of them do not have a high level of restrictions because it would reduce the ability to provide labor and affordable products to their population. Something to keep in mind is that most restrictions in the first world were created to protect those without the ability to make sound decisions.

not a hater!! when I was in Germany years ago I did a lot of recording from vinyl to cassette and reel-to-reel!!! when I returned to the States I had to turn my tape recorder in to get a wheel changed that slowed the rpm's down to our electricity. Just maybe that's why we hear the chipmunks

Dangerous work. Made dangerous by a COMPLETE lack of safety AND of proper tools. Tripping hazards everywhere (trip over something and one of them could land in a pile of molten steel). There is NO insurance for those men, no safety equipment and that is because their boss won't buy it.
