Anda truly is beautiful. Prices are high for oceanfront when the roads are pretty rough. Quinale Beach is white sand, but I prefer the cliff lots there and close by. It really is easier to find with the help of the locals. Labor is still 400pesos and 800pesos for the Forman, here in Anda, Not sure about Candajay.
NEWS FLASH Bohol Unskilled Laborer's in Candy-Hi Bohol prices have INCREASED to 700p per day so guessing a Foreman might be 1,000p per day. This was quoted just 30 days ago.
