Go to yew trees, fishing spots, zamorak wine spot, mining spots, or whatever, and find and talk to those guys who are working hard and trying to play the game properly. Then give them whatever you want, maybe even a bond. It'll make their day. As A Friend said, give to those who want to work for it, not to those who will just sit there and beg some more.

I was pick-pocketing farmers, and this dude came up to me and gave me 150k, then later gave me a bunch of starter items like runes, and even a dragon scimitar. In whole, I think he gave me about 1M worth of items, as well as some advise on the game. I now know 1M isn't much, but that money helped me so much in completing quests, buying the armor I needed, etc.... I even got some friends to join and shared the wealth. Thanks to all the kind people out there, spread the love to other noobs.

He didn't have any good gear to fight the dragon so I bought it for him, as well as some food. He defeated the fight with a sliver of health, he was so excited so we had a chat on Skype. To this day we still talk on a regular basis. There's a lot of begging scumbags in runescape but it feels so satisfying to help someone who actually struggles with the game.
