Yes, except many people pointed out that suspicious looking time for cops SEVERAL times. Apparently even a medic team on the ground had noticed the guy 26 MINUTES before shooting, and send an image to cops and pointed what is that very suspicious looking person is doing alone in that roof, is he supposed to be there. That was almost 30 minutes before action. After that more and more people were noticing the guy and informing police.
We are already gone past the 'they were just doing the motions' when several reports are ignored and it's not like it takes much effort to radio in and ask is there supposed to be a person on that roof? Does not look like one of our/your guys (which he didn't), do you know who he is?
One might say it's pretty suspect that some random civilian is moving on a roof of polices own snipers nest and that is actively ignored despite that guy been reported to security NUMEROUS time by different people and it's not like he was even hard to spot. Open roof, clear line of sight from various positions, even from the ground level.

Someone suggested it was actually shards of glass from a camera lens which cut his face before slicing the ear. That makes the most logical sense. I attended a Bob Dylan concert in Oregon about 20 years ago. Before they would allow us in, we had to wait in a long line to be security checked. They even made us take our hats off to look under them, along with unzipping and looking into small fanny packs. And that was 20 years ago to just see a musician. That’s different. While it’s salacious, it wasn’t a security threat, so there’s less reason to pull all the stops out to investigate it. Nor was there a reason to guard cubbies. Tourists visit the White House all the time. On the other hand, guarding the physical safety of a top candidate for president is a very important security goal so it’s much more shocking this happened.

Proper Secret Service would have been all over that roof, or, at least, watching it closely.
This whole thing is fishy. No one gets line of sight on a Secret Service protectorate from an elevated position.

This event had 2 secret service on 1 rooftop. I did the same thing this gentleman did. I took pics from different angles of roof tops, not really realizing why i was. I was amazed. Nothing😮 We all talked about it and had a really horrible feeling that day. Then, the worst scenario we pictured came to pass.
