Great vid. Just got back from Colombia over a week ago. Medellin is so incredible. I love Colombia but I gotta say it is the worst cuisine I've experienced in my life so far. Probably ate the least amount of food I ate in a week in a long time because I only ate when really hungry. Had some awful experiences.

This cold avena is very creamy and sweet I think it’s made with condensed milk it’s delicious, try it at (Dulce paladar bakery in belen) you won’t be disappointed. In a matter of weeks I will be uploading new travel content and food tours on colombia again, especially Medellin.
