Many of the narcissistic podcasts instill the mindset that a narcissist should not be forgiven, and I go back and forth like on an emotional Rollercoaster as what is the right thing to do. I'm working on it now, not to allow them back into my life, but to let it go, and continue on my ascension into higher states of consciousness.
I Think that’s a great way to approach it. My father has been out of my life for 30 years, and we rekindled two years ago he lives in another state, and I did not know he was a narcissist, I’m talking full-blown all about me ego. After I got blamed for not sending him a birthday card, he told me well he texted me. and said that I couldn’t even spend a dollar to send him a birthday card, and all he got was a phone call on his birthday and he was very upset and he said he’ll never forget it and that I’m amazing. So, I wrote him back a text, and at the end, I said, I think we should no longer communicate. He is a part of my past, I’ve accepted it. And I’m good with it, and I made the right decision! I do not need a toxic narcissist, who just thinks the world revolves around him and treats me like I’m an idiot.
Yes people were judging me and looking for excuses to hate me because it looked like I was a failure in everything but yet they were all there benefiting from my energy and stealing my ideas they all prospered off of me while I suffered but at least now I can be free to start a new life

Crazy i just said few hours ago i get with the wrong guys. I do feel free single vs in relationships. Free like my whole self being completely authentic. Couple guys were good but most were horrible. Yes I supervised and hired to of my so called friends at my workplace, the backstabbers went to the Human Resource and told that they didn’t like working with me. Now I sit back and smile cause the stress of correcting their notes ( Caseworker position) not knowing where they are with their 2 hour luncheons ) I just stood my ground, never spoke another word to them , my Boss allowed me to work from, and I am loving it.
