How did you/they have the crown in the bot lobby? Normally if you do this the crown isn’t there. You can’t win crowns from bot lobbies.
I think the first clue would be that duffy claims to get 106 kills in a single match
it is possible, think about it. if you only kill 3 enemy team-members and 1 survives, gets all 3 cards and revives them, and that happens more then 2 times, then it would be possible... thats the only way i can think of that. i have seen streamers, that would not kill the whole enemy squad, so they could be revived and the streamer could possibly get more kills. i have seen Faze Replays and col. thiefs do that and zeemie too! for example..-.I dont mean that those would do the 2boxing. i mean they leave 1 enemy alive so he can revive his friends ....!! have a nice day :)

When I started playing Fortnite my friend would use this with me bec I got bots and I would be party leader and it was fun cuz we just won back to back and just had a good time

I thought this video was going to be about a real problem.. the fortnite channels that trick kids into donating to their stream for a false "chance" to win vbuck cards. And stream a dev account's locker, go through all the skins in the game and try to get people to "guess a skin they don't have" when it's not even a real account, they're just showing you all the skins in the game. Those kind of people are literally robbing kids just bc they post about fortnite. Garbage human behavior

Exactly. Simple Fortnite gameplay that's partially clickbait (I say partially because they're still doing solo vs squads gameplay but the titles and thumbnails make people think it's real lobbies) is WAY more tame and less of an issue than literal scams..

Been living down in Lincolnshire for the past 3 years and got introduced to the game by a friend of the family who didn't have a duo. It immediately reminded me of Time splitters ( showing my age ) and fell in love with the game.
My debut was chapter 4 season 2 Megacity and ODM gear was a rough baptism.
I've since seen a lot of bullshit in and around the fortnite universe and can smell the stench from most CZcamsrs.
Zemie gets on my tits in particular.
A lot of CZcamsrs are all about the self aggrandisement and peacocking.

I love spectating bot behaviour and taking mental notes about them and seeing people try to pass them off as legit is so funny to me.
Bots are also easily recognisable by name, they usually have two random capitalized words and a usually two digit number (i.e MushyTroll27, BigWarrior43 etc)

Another way to tell if someone is doing it is that it won’t show the got victory crown text and you also can’t get crown wins in bot lobbies

Yes you can get crown in bot lobbies. It’s not literally 100% NPCs with YOU being the ONLY real player. It’s just the majority of the lobbies are bots
I have been using this technique since chapter 2 season 2 for challenges and to get the victory umbrella every season
Yeah, me too. I think bot lobbies are good for getting quests done and free rewards, but if you want to have fun with the season it's better to play them legit. Especially if someone is using the method for CONTENT, it would be more impressive to stream real games
I watched IknowDuffy ONCE, realized he was literally just farming bots, called him out on it in the comments, and never watched him again. Absolute disgrace.
When ever you see someone playing solo that downs other players instead of eliminating them, and they're racking up kills left and right, they're using either bot lobbies or curated lobbies. The difference being you can't win crowns in bot lobbies, but can win them from curated. Example I use a zero exp noob account on my switch and login with my main xbox account getting bot lobbies.
Vs I login on my switch with an account with some kills, maybe a few levels, and party it up with my main xbox account and now I'm able to play in this curated lobby where I get maybe 3 or 5 human players. Most of the time they're slightly above average players.

Makes you think your own 5 elim, 3rd place game is worthless so thanks for highlighting. I think the reality is, with SBMM anything over like a 15-20 kill game and win on a consistent basis means one of two things; youre a gaming god or youre cheating at something
When i started playing in C5S3 i immediately started watching these kinds of content creators especially DUFFY and i noticed ts immediately! Compared to sliinky & prospering you see this guys lobbies and he's just slowly moving around the map without anyone shooting him back. Its crazy

I just thought, man your just playing those lobbies and load them up on YT!?
But the comments were full of 'you're so good', 'can we play together'
I was very annoyed, because he got around 4K subs plus creator account, while on my second channel, a Fortnite channel, with real solo gameplay, I only have nearly 300 subs.
In the end its not quality content people wanna watch, but nonsens highkill games... sad!

I noticed that the bots now often pop a Nitro Splash when they see you.
Usually they won't even use it, they just pop it and stay crouched, often running away when hurt, before changing its mind again to shoot at you.

This makes sense cuz when I play with my daughters friends and join their party we get these insanely easy lobbies and always get victory royal’s but when I play by myself the lobbies are always cracked

In my experience the first 3 games you do with a new account are always 100% bots so if you join their group you will always get a bot lobby no matter what your level. The trick is to back out your "bot" account just before it loads into the island (so normally when the screen says "initiating travel to server") If you do this every time you will always get a bot lobby. I use it to do quests and level without stress. It's so easy to spot youtubers who do this.....like in a bot lobby you are always the first to land, you are always the first to achieve 100% shields even if this is 15 minutes into the game.....if you see these achievements on a you tubers video you know for sure it's bots!

I’ve seen Prospering ready up on ranked squads with no fill, gets 20-30 kills average. He just makes it look easy. You can’t fake god tier movements and aim. I like watching him, Evolve Jake and Zaraxxus.

I do know there are some exceptional players out there and I love learning from them. I see no problem with bot lobbies for fun, but I like to watch people play to improve my skill so yeah, transparency is key. As someone who is in the Fortnite community and a Fortniteish content creator, I can say that I'm not surprised there's people faking the amount of kills they get. Even before I saw this video I just assumed they were fake or they just used a bot lobby.
The Fortnite Elsagate videos are worse in my opinion. The Elsagate ones can cause some negative effects on kids. Also you have a new sub

I fight real hardcore players, but I only get like 400 views, while he gets 400k views for eliminating bots. Come on, folks. I got 7 wins while wearing a crown yesterday

There's actually a way to do this without the team health ui in the corner, so you can't rely on only that

Yeah, you can't do it in solo
You can do it in Duos, Trios and Squads. However these losers will ALWAYS do it in squads because they will have a better chance to get lots of kills than if they did it in Duos. 🙄
You can get into squads to get even more kills
Also bots don’t use car or fists, they do use nitro which is kinda like the signature thing that bots do when you shoot them once; they’ll immediately use a nitro and then try to attack you.
They use the fists for basic melee attacks if you are with a few meters, they just don’t use them for mobility.
defintely gonna use this method but only to get wins and higher levels.

This second game of sliinky is full of bots, 0 players waering the crown, the sliinky subscribers themselves are complaining in the comments, I would say that it is a situation of 10% players and 90% bots, almost the same thing as Sensei's first video

So your only criterion that you use to say that they are deceiving subscribers, farming content and deceiving people, is just because it has a displayed name ?
So after these analyses, I come to the conclusion, it doesn't matter if you have a displayed name or not, you will at some point play in lobbies with at least 90% of bots, because the problem is the casual having bots, and given the proportion, USA is the country with the highest amount of noob per square meter in any FPS game, This is not a guess it's a fact!
So Sliinky and Sensei, as much as they are ''legit'' are still deceiving their subscribers by farming content on top of bot as you yourself mention in the conceptualization of your video, that is, I did a research with more accuracy than you.
It seems to me that you chose "knowduffy" just to spread your hatred or envy of him, because given the evidence In the match that you showed him on your channel there are many bots as well as some players like the 2nd video of your friend sliinky, it doesn't matter, even the most "legits" are using bot lobbies to farm content according to your concept, so I would say that either you redo the video and also show the "legit" doing the same unless they're using some strategy to also look "legit"! What I wanted to say with this sentence is the following:
Even if you pull solo x squad "legit" according to the guy's concept, there will still be a ton of noobs on the US servers, so it will always be easy, there's no way to wait for the best players playing casual in the US, only in RANKEDS.
Wow thankyou for putting in so much effort. I can try to add some points to this (if I can remember them all)
Firstly, I chose duffy for the majority of my focus because he's the first youtuber I seen doing this and it's 100 percent what he is doing without a shadow of a doubt.
Secondly, although I did say about having your name top left is a good way to tell if someone is 2 boxing, I also mentioned that these types of people may find a new way of not showing their name at all but still 2 box ( this has since been confirmed in the comments with people saying there is a method to not have your name be on the screen but STILL 2box for bot lobbies. So the name thing isn't 100 percent proof in itself.
Thirdly, sliinky doesn't farm content like duffy because if you watch some more slinky videos he mainly plays solo ranked games and everyone he kills has a rank (I.e. champion, unreal etc) next to their name. And in these lobbies he still gets 20+ kills in most.
Fourthly, there are nuances when it comes to making a 'bot lobby' and each person who does this will have a different level of alternate account. Meaning some have most likely the lowest ( duffy ) therefore he will have 90% bots in most games . Then there are other people who maybe have a slightly higher level alt account meaning they would have some more real players but possibly lower skilled - these people have found a good balance to get low skilled human player lobbies. This means there might be less bots than a typical duffy video but it's still pretty deceptive if you ask me as they are avoiding normal matchmaking against their own skill level.
That's all I can remember for now but thankyou for watching and your input.

Even if you play in a "legit" way using your concept, as I mentioned in the sensei or sliinky gameplay, you will still end up with servers full of bots and very low players, especially if you are here in the USA, the level of the players of the casual mass in terms of skill is very low... The only way to be completely convinced that the player is playing against balanced players of the same level is to play 100% ranked.
Also I agree with you when you said: ""sliinky doesn't farm content like duffy"", in fact this is true because he focuses more on the rankeds, but for me it's clear, he's also part of the problem when he plays solo x squad with 90% of bots in a lobby to make content and earn money unless he discovered how to hide the fact that he doesn't have 2 boxes, for example the drug dealer who sells 50g and the one who sells 1 kg, for me it's the same thing, they are both part of the problem. But of course this is just a weird example., even though his subscribers were complaining in the comments of the 2nd video, you understand me ? For me the rule is clear, it is either YES YES or NO NO, there is no middle ground. But that's from my perspective. Thank u buddy!

Thanks for the video! I believe if an account is level 0-5ish you get ALL bots, but if it is 5-15ish you will get at least one other team. Also if you are able to see a player on Fortnite Tracker, and they are using an all bot method, the game with show up on Fortnite Tracker as a BOT game.

I'm pushing anywhere between 5 to 40 each match. I'm glad you took the time to figure how he was lying. Also I'd say the lobby only has one real team.
There were a couple more humans max a bit later in that video but I didn't want to subject everyone to watching 50 more bot kills haha
This method generates ALL-bot lobbies, no real players.
I just starting playing Fortnite with my buddy who's been playing for 6 years and yes he is incredible at playing (semi-pro) ... we do this all the time but for crown lobbies... same scenario just a bit higher level... i play for fun so doesn't matter to me... he gets upset when I call him out on it but again he really is good at it.... we play regular lobbies when there is 4 of us and win anyways so no big deal to me...

Between bot lobbies and stream snipers feeding them kills they definitely inflate their kills. Several use customs lobbies also to drop crazy kills with viewers

literally me haha, this is the first season I've done it bc playing felt like torture at times!
No you can't use it forever over and over. I had an account for this in Ch 4 and I backed out and it remained level 1. Well after the troubles with the start of Ch 5, Epic gave a ton of xp. I came back to that account and it was level 11. So now I have to create another account which to me is a hassle.
I just checked that account... I created it Ch 4 s 4... it was level 1 and from the screenshots, it stayed level 1. I did not let it level up. I did not use the account in OG season. Ch 5 s 1 without using it, the account level went up to 12. So it was level 1 in Ch 4 s 4, then it gained a level at the reset at Ch 4 s 5. They gave a ton of XP for troubles at the start of Ch 5 s 1 and it went up 10 levels! I have not logged into that account after being disappointed it is beyond bot lobby level now and checking it now, it is level 14. Each season beginning you get a level.
What I don't understand is how do people keep that extra account or do they always have to create new ones?
i guess they just make a new alt account when the old one levels up too much

My main surprise is that they can kill 90 bots in the match and most of them don't kill them between them or by the Storm or other NPCs.
People do this, but the alt account is on mobile or switch. That's why the players are bots or terrible.
I was super devastated after playing Fortnite for a month thinking I was getting very good when I realized that there are constantly bought in the non-ranked games just automatically. Two things made me realize one is when I get into ranked I die quickly because there’s lots of good players and two when you’re in non-ranked games I started noticing when writing up on people who are already fighting each other they were not hitting each other with their bullet. They were standing in front of each other shooting so what I did as I walked up to one of them and they were opening fire on me, and none of the bullets were hitting. that’s when I realized they were bots in the game. When I realized I wasn’t as good as I thought 😂

The way sbmm works is off your skill level, not just how old the account is. Although a new account that hasn't been played on much will give you bot lobbies because it has nothing much to go off of to know your skill level so it would be beginner level. With multiple players it doesn't matter who is party leader, as I've tested this when we were getting difficult lobbies with a mix of players in my game of high and low caliber, they were still halfway difficult but not as much as what I am use to in solos because it goes off of a mix of who is in your lobby or your teammates. We would make the lowest caliber player party leader, and nothing would change at all, but adding another lower caliber player would completely change the lobby no matter who the party leader is. I've played with too many lower caliber players where they just get wasted every game and quit playing because the lobbies are too difficult, and making them party leader didn't help. If it is just you and a new player you will get bot lobbies. If it is you another good player and a noob it will be more medium skill level lobbies and so on.

Moreover, they all waste your time and nerves throughout the entire video.
Usually the entire video consists of a bunch of chatter asking you to subscribe to the channel, enter the creator code, check your email, kiss the neighbor's dog, and also kiss the creator's butt, and only then you can get a tiny piece of useless information.

Dunno why but I found this hella interesting to watch, and it really does make you think of how much deception goes on with CZcams videos in general, I’m sure other games have ways of ‘cheesing’ the system to work in their benefit for stuff like battle pass XP and the extremely tedious tasks devs make us do to get the rewards for which we have already technically paid for 😅 which is fine as it encourages player retention, but when you’re having to essentially deceive your viewers into thinking you are this pro level sort of player just for views, it’s just embarrassing and almost kinda manipulative to an extent. But that’s the internet for ya I suppose, people will do anything for the views…. 😕

I do this. Got me an alt I use on my phone. I don't make CZcamsrs with it though. I just use the bot lobbies to make doing the quests less stressful. Once I'm caught up on the quests, then I go back to the regular lobbies.
Why would someone even go through the trouble of trying to hide it? It’s pretty obvious when they’re entire lobby are AIs
They rely on their audience being young and naive, most likely.
