Ingrid is the sweetest "villain" in the entire series. Under all that "evil," she cares deeply for things that matter to her. It's just unfair that that care wasn't shown to her, leaving her lonely and looking for someone to love her while most people saw her as a monster.
If "care" means crush people's lives so they don't have anywhere to go but her and don't even consider the posibility of the damaged ones to want to protect or revenge what is in danger....
Katia González Ledesma I wanted to beat the fuck out of Emma after seeing her in this scene. She doesn’t have any right to be mean and to be bullying anybody. If I would have been there and if I saw her making fun of that poor woman for having a pet rock. I would have cussed her out and I would have ran her over with a car and she’s lucky if I wouldn’t fucking kill her!!!!😡😡😡
I like the hesitation on the line 'It's for my...son.' It says November, 2011, and she mentions calling Sheriff Graham, meaning it's sometime early season 1. Emma is still adjusting to her role in Henry's life. This is still the Emma with walls keeping out Henry. Her hesitation on the line nailed that part of her character.
You can really see how strong Emma’s denial was it was near impossible to make her believe. Henry told her she was the saviour and she was special. Jefferson who’d never met Henry told her she was special and magic is real. August told her that she was the saviour and had to save everyone. Ingrid told her when she was a teenager that she was magical.
exactly, Emma was very obstinate in believing that the magic did not exist and she was doing pretend to believe henry, and it wasn't until henry ate the poison cake apple of regina that she finally finished understanding that it was true
Emma looks gorgerous here and the acting is perfect. The Snow Queen is an iconic villain and the sweetest sister hope she would have been longer in Once Upon A Time she deserved her happy ending. Love Once Upon A Time❤❤❤
"Everything Henry's telling you is true." What if Young Henry once mentioned the book to Ingrid when he was in the shop and she gave him a helpful nudge that strengthened his belief?
It's been a while since I've seen this season but I think this is the only time she ever mentions Henry. Had things progressed as she wanted, I think she would've removed Henry so it would've just been her, Elsa, and Emma.
@@iRazenrak Assuming that what you mean by remove is killing Henry, unless Ingrid planned on literally brainwashing Emma and Elsa, Emma would MURDER Ingrid without a second thought if she killed Henry; Emma did kill Cruella for holding Henry hostage, and while it was technically an accident Emma didn’t seem to truly regret killing her. My point is Emma is semi okay with murder if it’s justifiable, such as with Cruella.

@@destineyparker872 She is a villain. She committed multiple acts of assault by mainly force choking, she attempted to kill “Marian” and Hook and frame Elsa for the latter’s death, she endangered the lives of Emma (x3 with the bridge, the golem, and the car crash), Regina (x2 bridge and golem), Belle (Mountain), and Anna (Mountain), she froze an entire kingdom of people in ice for thirty years, and the spell of shattered sight can be interpreted and seen as attempted premeditated mass murder as her plan was to have everyone in Storybrooke literally murder each other under the influence of the spell. She’s a villain, even if she’s more sympathetic, she’s a legitimate villain. Like once you attempt mass murder, you’re automatically a villain.
i think she looks better cause in season 4 they made her look kinda drained and stressed and preparing for her to get darker and darker, ive noticed her eyes being reddish a lot and stuff
after realizing Emma and Ingrid's backstory,I have this question why was Ingrid so obsessed to have the same old sisterly thing she once had with Helga and Gerda?she wanted a family that understands her and wasn't Emma on the land without magic, her chance to earn her wish?there wasn't need to just have two other sisters, freak like her!she could have a normal life, without being afraid to hurt anyone and the taste of having a daughter with Emma in Boston!sure in that case Emma would have met Neal and have Henry with him so she can find her way back to Storybrooke,or maybe she could!doesn't matter, still both Emma and Ingrid could have the family they want!
Best guess: she believed that people can only love you if you're alike. Ingrid wanted "sisters" with magic because she thought she could relate to them more.
@@LordofFullmetal I think Emma was too disoriented by the memory loss to realize she hadn't paid, and Ingrid was just so happy to see Emma that she didn't care.
+Zachary Matthew James In a few episodes, they talk about "imported magic" where some magical items such as Zelena's pendant can still retain some magical power even when traveling to the World Without Magic. Since Ingrid walked through the Apprentice's door with the stone, we can only assume it became an imported magic object. Also, Storybrook at the time did have some minor amounts of magic here and there due to the magical nature of the curse and the effects caused by Emma's arrival and weakening of it. As such, using both explanations, it's plausible that the memory stone could still work since it retained it's magic (albeit at a weakened state due to the nature of our world) and Storybook had some magical foundation that could smooth the process if that magic was imported. Try using magic on your own and it wouldn't work because that magical foundation isn't in place, and without it, magic in our world becomes very unstable and manifests in more subtle ways. Hope that helps.
I feel so bad for Ingrid She deserved so so much better. She was never a monster she just wanted sisters love :(((( The "Do you want to know my secret? A lot of patience a lot of love" 💔💔breaks me

So many plotholes in this scene lmao. How did Ingrid have magic when this is during the curse? Why didn’t she age? She wasn’t cursed like Henry and was brought over to LWM via a portal, and Henry aged.
The rock had magic and Ingrid was very knowledgeable in the art of memory spells. All she had to do was show the rock whose memory to take of her by flicking her hand from Emma. Ingrid had a special scroll. The minute she messed up with Emma, she used the scroll. The scroll assigned her to the town and She was frozen in time just like everyone else. However there were a few problems she managed to fix such as dopey. Her scroll was given to her by the apprentice who was a powerful knowing student of Merlin. So the scroll was special in that it assigned her a role and froze her in time. Henry aged because he was born in that world. Also it might have had something to do with Regina wanting him to age because remember this curse is making Regina happy and having her as a mother and watching Henry grow up is making her happy.
Ok I remember when did this happen. It is the time when. Rumple was in jail and Regina wanted to talk to him, so she gave Emma and Henry 30 mins to go get ice cream 😃
