Hi Doc Alvin, mabuhay, first time I've crossed path ur vlog. Txs for d detailed info re acid reflux. Ur explanation is simple easy to understand n straight forward not to mention ur witty as well. I'm mother n grandma of two. I was not actually diagnosed with GERD but I was started by my fam doctor since I experienced mild heart burn n acid reflux. So I was given Pantoprazale. When I retired, I started to take notice of my prescription pills one of which is my GERD pill0. So I stopped taking it when I became better but substituted with ginger, honey and apple cider vinegar, which makes me feel better actually. I stay away from chocolates which triggers my acid reflux always. With ur explanation, I started to take this matter seriously. Txs again n btw you n doctora are cute couple. God bless n keep posting.

Thanks a lot. I had an acid reflux that caused palpitation, but I am healed when I eat green leafy vegetables everyday. And I avoid to eat the foods that can trigger the acid reflux. Now, I thank God, I am healed.
