      There is no company as poor as this. All of them are stupid and worrset. Not one person responds properly. Either from HR or from the manager. After the interview, the manager will come to take oops round. They are short-tempered. Sometimes they don't hire people properly. Sometimes they don't respond according to their pride. Sometimes there is a response when the assessment is written, sometimes there is no response, even if the assessment is cleared, it is called a manager's round, but there is no update about it. Genpact's idea is to play games with unemployment people. If they are doing fun with unemployed people like us, they will suffer with our curse. This is sure shame on Genpact company.
      And by Chance if I get job opportunity in this organisation will completely ruin the total Genpact. This is sure I will show the power of a innocent unemployment people.
