A review of the Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pros. These are a 5-driver IEM from Knowledge Zennith. This is not a sponsored video. I bought these units with my own money and KZ has no idea of who I even am. However, if you buy these through the links provided, commissions may be earned that directly support this channel.
Multi-driver IEMs tend to be expensive... but these are $50?? Having multiple drivers can technically give you better clarity and frequency response, but is that the case here?

I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THESE IEMs!
Well it happened. KZ tried to buy positive reviews from people, which is a big no-no in all industries. I won’t be doing anymore KZ reviews as of 8/13/23.
After further testing, I recommend the 7hz Salnotes Zero, Truthear x Crinacle Zero: Red, or Truthear Hexa over any of the KZ IEMs.
You should make a review about this one’s
Glad to see something like this, thanks!
Definitely a subscriber now. Of all reviewers I've seen, I appreciate how you're able to describe the lows, mids, and highs straightforwardly. Great production quality as well! Keep it up good sir!
Thank you!!
Looking forward to seeing this channel grow! You and your content deserve moooooore subs because of the great quality! 💗
Thank you!
Thank you for a comprehensive review.
Great content! I can't believe this is your first video
new sub to channel
production quality is insane.
I bought these KZs10pro yesterday can't wait to try it.
Thank you!
How did you like them?
Thank you for your honest review.
I like these type of videos so keep posting cuz you are doing well and all the best for your upcoming videos 👍👌🏻
Thank you so much for the kind words!
Love that music at the end. Very very very nice
I have this pair of IEMs. Before these I was using a 60 dollar headset I got back in 2018. The difference is huge and ive noticed that I can hear the games environment a lot better and often times I am telling my friends that I can hear a player in a house in Fortnite way before any one notices. I have this plugged into my gaming desktop that is getting pretty old so im sure sound quality would improve even more when getting a new motherboard or just getting a DAC. Ive paired these IEMs with a blue yeti mic I got off amazon used for around 55 dollars. I will likely hold onto these IEMs even longer than my old gaming headset. If I do upgrade I am getting more expensive IEMs. Great Video Ken!
Thank you. Mine are on the way right now.
Update?
@@mattgray7589 not that guy, but i've had mine for a touch over a year, and i absolutely love them. most often they live near my playstation for party convenience, but every once in a while i use them for music as well. they are absolutely awesome.
174 subs and such great content. damnn. i hope u grow moree
Thank you for the kind words!
I just wanted to say you look like a nice guy and your video quality and attention to detail are amazing, keep up the grind brother you deserve more attention
Underrated channel !
Thank you!
Subbed. How the heck this channel still only got 100-ish subs.😮
This is a very high quality content here.
Thank you!!
i just picked up a pair on Amazon for $39.99 on sale!!!! Love the soundstage! I prefer a fuller low range mix and this is still quite balanced for my taste!
I upgraded to the Linsoul Tripowin Zonie 16 Core Silver Plated Cable and the sound improvement is noticeable with all my IEMs. Instead of replacing my 10 year old Shure 215 IEMs, I decided to experiment and purchased the Tripowin cable and the following IEMs: Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro, KZ x HBB PR2 (planar), Linsoul QKZ x HBB, and QKZ x HBB Khan.
I wanted to enjoy Lossless audio and needed a wired IEM for traveling on 10 hour flights without dealing with recharging. These affordable IEMs are a game changer. I use a portable USB Type-C DAC for times when I need more power to run high impedance or planar devices. You don't need to spend a lot of money to get a quality listening device any longer.
That's some high quality content right there
Thank you!
I agree, excellent review!
Video quality 🔝🔝🔝
These were the first iems I bought, and still use with the AZ-15 bluetooth earhooks. I have progressed to the Aful Performer5 iems, but at 4x the price of the ZS-10 Pros.
i have read that a person who own Aful Performer 5 finds that (a newer release) KZ Castor "Bass Edition" able to produce more appealing sound.
Subbed!
Thx bro!
Great video man, keep grinding and you WILL get more views!! Btw what songs were in the mids and highs cut 😅?
Thank you! If you mean the actually track while I'm talking, it's Grits Cafe by Streamer Music Group. If its the audio clips during the titles, they're samples or synths I designed.
Good stuff man! Maybe u can consider being a sound designer too 🤣
Incredibly honest review! I love this, and I've just compiled a list with 4 more of your videos to make sure this is the channel to follow.
I create music near on daily while touring studios across Atlanta, and you are 100% right. We would never use the KZ ZS10 Pro/Pro X (I've used both) for mixing but they are sooooo good for audio pleasure.
I am a massive fan of Cubilux in Shenzhen China, and use their 192 KHz USB C DAC with my phone and it sounds perfect! I've tried several DAC's but I'm really fussy and the Cubilux products blow me away.
Back on topic - I produce hip hop 'trap' beats with the iLoud micro monitors, and usually mix with the Beyerdynamic DT240 Pro X which both have a fairly flat sound for monitoring.
That said I did some video editing with the Beyerdynamic earphones and it sounded horrible. I prefer to edit my videos with my phone using the KZ earphones.
I started with the KZ ED9 and bought a few of my friends some to try. They were all immediately converted. Then I bought the KZ ZS10 Pro because I needed them to stay in my ear. Audio upgrade and better comfort. I sadly lost one of the earbuds in Heathrow Airport security on my way to Atlanta and was really peed.. then ordered some of the 'X' variant to try and they're really nice.
Very similar and I'm finally getting used to them.
I recommend these earphones to everybody. China have perfected perfection yet again! They are the most incredible innovators and everything I own was made in China. Without their hard work and intricate soldering we wouldn't have this much tech available.
Agreed! They really pushed the IEM market to innovate and made good audio more accessible for the masses. I’ll have to check out the Cubilux. I have the FiiO BTR5 as my portable DAC/amp. I’ve always been curious about the iLoud micros… everything I read is positive. If you’re ever looking for a pair of IEMs that are far more neutral than the ZS10 Pros, I’ve been really enjoying the Truthear HEXA and Salnotes Diokos lately!
@@KenCreates Thank you for the reply. I just mixed one of my instrumentals using the standard 3.5mm output and my ZS10 Pro X, it works fine!
In fact I'll use them as my reference because its very close to the test I do after exporting from my DAW to the phone.
I think I preferred the ZS10 Pro's but the Pro X is just as good once you get used to them.
I'm going to check out the Truthear HEXA and Salnotes Diokos right now, thanks again!
Kz’s were the 1st iems I tried a few years ago..(as a pro musician for performance), initially I was impressed (but I had no reference) until I experienced the dreaded cable popping out of the ear bud issue that seems to plague the KZ range..I ended up gluing it back in place…I never found them a comfortable fit, they are heavy and tend to drag on the ears..I later got a set of TRN V-80s (which I still use occasionally as a backup) which were fantastic..good beefy low-end and so light and comfortable you would forget you were wearing them, I’ve had them about 5 years now and they are still ticking along nicely (I definitely can’t say the same about the kz’s)
Weirdly, KZ is the parent company of TRN (AFAIK).
After failing to find wired earbuds designed for the Meta Quest 3 headset(they have them for the Quest 2, but the audio port is on the opposite end on the newer headset), I'm bought this along with cable ties to manage the extra cable.
good quality video
Thank you!
I've got the KZ ZS10 Pro X, which were about the same price as the ZS10 at the time when I bought them. For my ears, I had to drag the highs way down because they were way too sparkly and I had to boost the mids and lows. With a lot of EQing, they sound more clear and punchy than any earphones I've ever used. Love them, but I'd love to hear a more reference IEM some day too.
Good to know! Some people were asking about the X's and I wasn't sure what to tell them. I've been looking for more reference IEMs and the Etymotic ER4SR keeps coming up. Expensive but my interest in piqued! Until then, the Truthear Hexa has been more flat but still has quite a bit of sub extension.
at first i hated them, my KZ ES4 and CCA CRA+ sounded way better, but then I boosted the sub bass and tamed the highs too, and they sound incredible for electronic music and 80's, separation is great, and bass is the best out of all the headphones and earphones i own. only criticism is that vocals are a tad thin, but i still love them.
@@ferez1985 did you use a software or hardware EQ?
@@KenCreates I don't know about ferez, but I used PowerAmp Equalizer on my phone and Peace on my laptop.
@@KenCreates EQ of the Earstudio ES100 Bluetooth DAC app that I'm using with these
Interesting. I have these and feel they are all mids and maybe 2 crossover points for the highs. They don't sound warm at all playing music through them, but we'll see how they shape up with the phenyx pro in ear system at practice this week. Thanks for a great video!
@tractorgt Hi! How’d that workout? I’m thinking about getting that in ear system. Is it worth it?
@@Egodynamic it worked out pretty well actually! Since I have a 31 band eq on my mix out in the software, it was easy to get the buds and the phenyx pro sounding rather decent together. 👍 Definitely impressed
@@tractorgt thanks! I’ll have to pick up that system then.
Hey Ken! Your content is pretty insane, i just stumbled upon it in my recommended and i must say i really like your video style. Ive been using the KZ ZS10 Pro for a while now mainly for competetive gaming and i personally really like them for listening to music like hip hop and dnb. I paired them with a Tripowin cable and the comfy spring ear tips from Moondrop. As an upgrade to the KZ ZS10 Pros what would you recommend? I like the way they sound so sound similar to these is what matters for me.
Thank you! As far as upgrades to the ZS10 pros, Im testing a few more IEMs from KZ in the next few weeks but the KZ ZAX sounded pretty impressive. The sound stage, detail, and frequency separation was a noticeable upgrade from the ZS10
The ZS10 Pro X are a lot smoother in treble. Same price. I compared like 10 different IEMs in this price range and for live monitoring I found these to be the best. Not necessarily for listening to music. But the difference drivers make a good separation between lows and highs. If you prefer a more coherent listening experience (singers or piano players) I would suggest a 1DD or 2DD design (CHU 2, Zero 2, Zero red HBB Khan).
Amazing video man! I want to get these but I primarily use them for music and gaming, do you think these are good for those? Do they have spatial audio?
You will never be sorry you bought these!!
Thanks
Sound quality on your video is very good. Some slight sibilance. I like your content. The cable isnt that bad, actually, its ofc silver coated. Try the KZ Pr2 x hbb, planar, 40 bucks. Need a lot of clean power, not for someone who doesnt have the gear, though. 4Vrms is perfect, 2.6 absolute minimum.
Some of the musicians and singers I play with (bassist) use KZ models. I was one of the first, folks found out how little I paid compared to companies with the letters A or S at the front of their names, and sonically they hold up quite well.
Good to know they work well for the original use of IEMs! I always wondered if having super expensive IEMs for live performances would be risky for fear of damage and losing them.
Literally wearing them right now
Thanks for a great review.
Just got my first pair. They're great, but they make a sound as if the speakers are turning on and off when changing from song to song. Is that normal? Thanks.
here before buddy hit 1 mil subs
im watching + wearing with KZ S10 Pro Very Dynamic Headphone Best Quality
Been comparing these to AS16 Pros and like them both, but as a musician who uses IEMs for live shows, the AS16 Pros seem to be the way to go, with their much flatter response.
I've been eyeing the AST24 for the 24 drivers.... Just to see what 24 drivers sounds like lol
Hey ken what would you recommend me for listening music in those affordable range can you suggest me
Do these have surround sound, that is, you can hear from the right side and then the left side using the audio test in the control panel for the audio device? Because when I tried it for my device, it did not work and it kind of disappointed me. Someone please let me know, thank you!
I got these myself and the main defect on the KZ zs10 Pro is the cable. The way the cables aee made causes them to break at the L/R cable divider and this has actually been a real issue with most imcluded KZ cables otherwise my filters did stop sticking and i had to re glue them on
Sorry to hear that. I got the upgraded cable from Tripowin on amazon, i think they were like $20. They've been good so far
are these good for podcasting
whats the benefit of this cable? Have it too and its weighs more and less flexible like the stock one. Its only lil bit longer, but I think to send it back and buy one which is 2m long@@KenCreates
any ideas on getting rid of the pop on the sound floor? i use these on my desktop for gaming and group calls
I'm new for IEM kind of earphones so only want to know that is it good for stereo sound separation or not???
How do these compare to the KZ - ZSN Pro X and which one should I buy?
You are right that this don’t hold up long, mine wasn’t abuse and the right side the bass driver went out :/.
Inexpensive Chinese IEMs are very good these day....in KZ's lineup there are also single driver IEMs that are really good such as
KZ D-FI; it has a balanced sound and tuning pins built in, it costs $32!!!
And all IEMs from Moondrop are great value for money..
Love the video, keep at it🤍
I’m definitely having fun exploring the entire Chi Fi world! I was looking at the moondrop Arias at some point since they’re almost classic at this point. Thanks for the kind words!
The earphones don't have a L and R markings on them . How am I supposed to know which is the left and right earpiece?
How do they compare to Bose over ear headphones and I am thinking of using these with my handheld radio VHF/UHF - i'm a radio ham 🙂
Try the KZ ZAS, the predecessor of the KZ ZAR.
Would like to hear your take on it.
Also, try the AS16 and /or the AS16Pro; or if you got extra cash to spend, the AS24- these are supposed to have a flat sound signature.
...by the way, just became Sub # 136
I’ve been looking at the ZAR and AS24. The AS24 sounds interesting since they have so many drivers. And thank you for the sub!
@@KenCreatesNo problem man! You're most welcome 👍👍
The ZAR is basically a KZ's response to the critique of the ZAS- a lot of bass with not enough treble. But from those who were able to compare the ZAS and the ZAR, the feedback is they found the "umph" and "thump" of the bass on the ZAR a little lacking. I myself own the ZAS and the AS16. I don't really have "audiophile level" ears, just a casual listener who has a bit of appreciation for good(relatively speaking) audio. But yeah, when i do get a bit of too much bass, i tend to switch to my AS16 to sort tone things down a bit.
As of late, i've been finding myself turning off the eq(Equalizer APO) and just using the sound amplifier on DeskFX. i guess just got tired of messing with eq; "EQ fatigue"? hehehe...
And i discovered that these two(ZAS and AS16) sound just fine, for me at least(again, i'm no audio pro nor do i have "audiophile ears", so i'm not gonna pretend.), without the eq and with just the sound boost.
The AS24 has gotten good reviews even from those who have been not so fond of KZ. Check out Akros's review of the AS24, it's the most detailed one i've watched, so far. Savvy also did a quick review, but if you want a more technical review, check out the one by Akros.
i myself am looking to get myself either the AS24(non-tuning ver) or the Tripowin x HBB Kailua... kinda torn between the two. Wish i could get both, but even just one of either of those two will take a bit of saving up on my end. So, yeah... still really mulling things over.
is there any drivers i need to dlownload for PC "gaming"?
Hello! I’m looking for my first pair of IEMs and was wondering if these would be great for gaming.
I think they would be! If you want something that’s even better, I found the KZ ZAX to be even better with impressing sound staging. It’s a bit more expensive so if price is an issue, the ZS10 pro will do just as well!
Hey Ken, which IEM should I buy now?? Should I go with the Shure SE215 or the Linsoul KZ ZS 10 Pro (which cable should I buy for them) or the Red or Blue Truthear? (Blue is my fav color 🙂 )
215 is good if you cant stand headphones, though i recommend vsonic or rha, or even fischer audio
Moondrop Kato vs Kz Zs10 mor blon 03. which one is better
Is there a way to mute the mic? I have it with the mic but I can’t find a way to mute it
Will definitely look into them myself but would be badass to know if i can use them for consoles for gaming perhaps if people choose to do so. Though since the wiring is changeable i think it should be available
I think they should work for console gaming but I'll have to admit, I'm not a huge gamer so I'm not sure.
I have the kz zvx and they work perfectly when I connect them to my xbox controller, so, these should work too
what about Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro x? are they better for music and gaming?
I'm looking for a pair to mainly hear my own vocals through for playing in a band. I hear a lot of people are loving these for that, but do you have anything you can recommend for singers ?
I think for stage monitoring these should be fine. I’ve heard of bands using these since they’re cheap and they won’t mind if they break during use. The “cheap” Shures are much more expensive and I would definitely be upset if they broke during use.
Edit: if you want something more neutral and “real” sounding, I recommend the Truthear Hexa or the Sennheiser IE200 if you can stretch your budget a bit more.
@@KenCreates OK awesome. Thanks for getting back to me.
There is a new model launched
Kz zs10 pro X
I lost my shure se315s. We’ll see how these do!
What would you recommend for someone looking for something that's more balanced rather than bass focused for around the same price?
Truthear red
Probably someone already told you, but Linsoul is the distributor, KZ is the brand that makes the IEMs. Obviously I don't expect you to know everything as a beginner because this is a whole rabbit hole, but it's good to see more people interested in the IEM hobby. Nice video
Actually no one had mentioned that at all! Thank you for the clarification! I was wondering why Linsoul seemed to have so many different brands under it lol.
Bought a ZSN Pro few years back,Im having a second thoughts on upgrading to zs10 at first until I found this review. Any recommendation on the wireless upgrade?
I love your playlists BTW 😊😊
Glad the video was helpful! If you’re talking about the Bluetooth attachment, I don’t have any experience with it but it’s on the list of things I want to try out.
And thanks!
How does this compare to the pro x now?
Hey! Have you compared them to the QKZ x HBB Khan? The khans seem much better with a 2DD setup with some HBB spaz to make them fun sounding with seeming a more warm but still detailed approach. also, I have heard the KZ might be too "bright", would you confirm if that's case? Thanks man!
I have not! I'll have you check them out! KZ does tend to push the bass and treble quite a bit but not to the point that it's too bright, at least for me. Personally, I like a balanced sound that some bass heads might find too harsh.
Khan is better and fun sounding... Most of the kz's don't sound good they're just hyped by normal people... - From a veteran audiophile
@@jerishj658 After obsessing over countless videos trying to understand audiophile's wild sound interpretations through youtube, I came to a similar conclusion. I have already ordered the Khan's as my starter iem (probably too colored of an option as a starter, but 2 DDs seemed too cool to ignore).
@@jerishj658Pessoas normais e audiófilos também.. Os fones da KZ são bastante elogiados pelo público em geral.

Which one is louder with deeper and punchy bass?
Not really an audiophile but I want to take advantage of lossless music format. Do these support lossless audio?
They will in the sense that they are wired headphones. You only run into issues with lossless compatibility with wireless headphones. With WIRED headphones such as these, you should look into getting a good DAC and amplifier to take full advantage of the music codec. If you're looking to get some really good quality headphones/in ears, I will point you towards the Truthear Hexa or Salnotes Diokos.
I still can't decide which to buy ZS10 Pro or Blon bl07.
Which one should I go for KZ ZS10 pro or the Truthear x crinacle blue ? I am so confused?
Go for the Truthear x Crinacle Zero Red
20$ chi-fi kings (or overyhyped by many) you asked for...
- Truthear hola
- Moondrop chu
- 7hz salnotes zero
- Tangzu wan'er
I keep seeing the 7hz everywhere... I just got the Truthear Hexa and Zero Red. Excited to see how they perform!
@@KenCreates Oh they perform really well, above the league of 100$ price range. Heck, they are tuned like a hundred-dollar IEM but just at a price bearable by many.
(talking about hexa and zero)
@@idefkicabti4141 I love these because they are affordable to many. Everyone should have a chance to hear good sound

I have had ive had these buds for about a year and yes kz has a lot of haters and by some stuff ive read they deserve some eyes on them but man i love these iems.
I like KZ stuff at the time, going for that V shaped approach. But it later has gone through alot of the same iems that almost practically sound the same. It made the iems feel stale to me. The 5 driver implementation is insane for the price but the sound it gives is just a miss. Back in 2018 it would a great deal but when other iems come in the market especially now. This iem is just too overrated imo. But still at the time, it was a killer set to have. still love the video, try more budget iems in this space. If you have one, I suggest that you EQ yours to your liking. Hella made mine less peaky and boomy.
what multi driver iem would you suggest for around $50? i want to see the difference from my single driver set (im listening to all types of music and gaming)
@@zokiamx easily the Truthear Zero for sure, if youre a competitive gamer (Apex, Valorant, CS). The set is a harman kardon suits alot of genres but its good mainly on hiphop and rock this might be the set you would go for around 50$ imo. You can also go for the HBB Khan because it copies the truthear 2DD drivers and abit cheaper but I would go for the Truthear since the bass is abit too much in the Khan and the mids and highs of the Truthear is abit better on that as well. I have the 2 sets in hand and been comparing alot when they released.
In sum, Zeros with a doubt but Khan is good option too. The difference between them is quite miniscule but the overall tonality of the Truthear is better imo. I hope this helped you
I have been looking at those well ! the first Truthear zero? (blue)
@@zokiamx yup primarily the Blue, i have not gotten the red but they look killer too. You can get either one, just Eq it if you want to. maybe go the red becuase free impedance adapter is a killer deal. But the Blue one for gaming is crazy good. The red and the blue dont have the same Sound tonality so you can base your preferences there and Eq it with its different variations of the set. I Eq my blue to the red I gotta say its great for certain genres havent tested it while gaming. Either way, whichever zero you get your going to have a good time
I actually just got the Hexa and the Zero Red! I'm liking what I hear so far, especially the Hexa. I'm definitely falling down the rabbit hole of IEMs lol. Thanks for the suggestions and info on KZ IEMs!
is it good for gaming? i'm a r6s player and i need a in-ear headphones that allow me to hear foot steps and to know where it's coming from
I highly recommend the moondrop chu. I have both iems and the Chu's treble will make footsteps alot easier to track. Kz zs10 pro is pretty bad for competitive gamming imo.
What are drivers?
On sale for 39.99 now
Anybody with experience know how big of a difference there is between the Pros and the Pro X’s just bought the pros and now I’m seeing there’s an updated version. Worth returning the older model for the newer?
My Pro X’s broke within 2 months. That may just be a KZ thing, though, as a lot of the reviews for their products complain about the same thing.
@@dvdshadow damn bro. I’m 4 months in already. Haven’t had a problem yet. Still like them. Looking for a serious upgrade now tho. I think I jumped down the rabbit hole
truthear crinacle Red comes at a similar price too , which one do you think produces better sound KZ ZS10 pro or RED .
The Zero Red is much better. I am in the midst of reviewing it now
How is the microphone? Want to use for gaming and Discord.
Use an external mic like a blue snowball or something, this mic is average at best
What do you think about the tin hifi t2
I’m not familiar with those but they look interesting!
I had these for a long time, they ooze glue occasionaly through the seams... They used too much glue that didn't seem to dry up... One fine day i think the glue seeped into the dynamic driver and there goes the bass.... Now they are just ultra bright.... Probably just the 4 BAs working.... The provided cable is a joke; Switch to the older copper cable and you will have better bass extension, if the glue hasn't taken over....
Nooooo that sounds awful! I'll dread the day that happens.
Same with mine 😭 only had them for eight months
@@Kevin-mx4vm i have a few more KZ after that... Luckily its just an isolated problem with the ZS10 pro
BTW its not a Linsoul product, Linsoul is an online shop. Its a KZ product.
Make a review of Truthear Hexa
Gonna check these out!
Have you compared these to the kz zvx?
I have not. Just a quick search of reviews tells me that the ZS10 Pro will likely be better. Generally once you move from the $20 range to the $50 range, there is quite a jump in quality.
@@KenCreates Believe it or not... the $20-$25 kz zvx absolutely murders the $100 7th Dioko... murder in cold blood.. murders my 7th zero's.. I could go on.
does IEM good for competitive gaming?
Yes they would work for that however a serious gamer should probably get custom molds and make sure to adjust the tips for maximum comfort. gamers are usually playing for extended periods of time so you don't want ear fatigue.
Being into audio is so cool but... Calling yourself an audiophile just sounds a little too close to another phile that isnt what you want to be called lol. If someone has no idea what it is you might get a look or two haha.
This is a great vid brotha. I am personally going to start with a Dual dynamic driver with the KZ Castor. Only $15 to get a feeling for IEMs
Definitely! I also think that being an "audiophile" comes with a lot of social baggage these days with everyone fighting over frequency response graphs and forgetting that what matters most is the actual sound.
Thanks for the kind words! If you are looking for another budget friendly IEM that defies all expectations as far as price goes, the 7Hz Salnotes Zero is insanely good for $20. Far superior imo than the KZ ZS10, now that I've listened to more IEMs.
maybe to the uneducated but theres also:
bibliophiles, javaphiles, autophiles, astrophiles and many more. the phile suffix doesnt inherently belong to something malicious.
Linsoul kz and Just kz are same right???
Yes. I erroneously thought Linsoul was the brand, they are just a distributor. KZ is the brand
I've just received mine and paired with Surfans F28...not impressed just now I've now got some cheap jbl plugs in and they sound much better.
805 subs ?? what
Good review, but the KZ ZS10 Pro was rendered redundant last year when the KZ ZS10 Pro X was released. Most peoples attention is focused on more recent releases, if you want a bigger target audience. :)
Good to know! I’ve only dipped my toes into IEMs so far. Trying to control my descent into the rabbit hole. Have you tried out the new ones?
ZS10 Pro one of the old KZ tuning era, V-shaped boosted bass and treble and recessed mids. Now KZ and other IEM makers are moving to neutral or a safer or tamer target. ZS10 Pro X is the safer version of it. You can also check their cheaper ones with similar tuning like D-Fi. Also there is new Krila, is like D-Fi but a bit of more treble.
@@KenCreates KZ ZS10Pro X is a significant improvement, better imaging and sub-bass extension, less recession in the mids and smoother treble. Still a V shaped signature but less aggressive. :)
Audio Markiplier?
Sign me up.
can i use it for gaming?
yes but i feel like if youre looking to buy it for gaming, buy it for games that sounds are pretty important like valorant or csgo
@@jdsj1722 im gonna use it mostly in steam pubg is it suitable for it?
I had these hooked up to the iPad mini 2 & sounds terrible compared to my Sony WI-C100, correct me if I’m wrong but these could have been knock offs
Sounds like they might be faulty units. KZ has a bad reputation for poor quality control.
@@KenCreates possibly so because when I first opened it up the ear tips had dust on them like they weren't cleaned properly
the drivers in the KZ IEM's are known to be duds and where exposed around a year ago. KZ is known for being a sleezy company, and for the most part is known for using underhanded means with deceptive marketing to get consumers to buy their products. Also person I had these years ago and they are not enjoyable to listen to over a long period of time due to the tuning they are some of the least enjoyable "high quality" iem's I've tried that includes the cheaper 20$ stuff that is still known for how good they are like the sal note zero's
These were my first hifi product and I thank KZ for getting me into the hobby. BUT...... KZ is overrated fast food once you get into knowing more about hifi equipment. Driver Quality>Quantity
I'm getting myself a pair, not because of sound quality, but because I've had a number of Bluetooth headphones and most lf them eventually died and I'm sick of creating unnecessary e-waste.
