Thank you 🙏About the vocals, I used the multitracks from Nail the Mix to get a drumless mix to work with, so they do sound a little different than normal. I'm not 100% sure what to call my hand technique but it's something between push pull and a very shortened moeller motion
Thank you again for watching my video! I did take a lot of your previous advice into consideration and continued to improve my playing. I did have a foot cam for the video but it wouldnt record properly so i had to scrap it unfortunately. I also still use swivel from time to time, but playing so many difficult patterns and tempos I ended up using doubles to keep time better and sound more consistent. I suppose i could make a proper end screen too, but i dont think i take content creation seriously enough to go super duper in depth with it. Drum covers are just side hobbies of the projects i prioritize first, such as session work, shows, and recording music for my bands. Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the kind words!
