    It's really inspiring how Herzog, now well in his 70s, has kept his curiosity about the world.

      agreed. He helps us ask questions. He doesn't try to convince us of anything. He trusts none.

      werner said "we need to articulate ourselfs, otherwise we would be cows in a field"

    It’s crazy that Werner Herzog is still right about VR being a novelty that hasn’t developed into a deep medium. Valve was close (Beat Saber’s community should also get praise) with Half Life: Alyx, but even they couldn’t get people invested in the platform.

    Herzog's audio is clipping terribly and yours is pristine. Fire your audio engineer.

    Herzog, apart from a cool filmmaker, is good at making documentaries, one of them is "My best fied", which is about his friendship with Klaus Kinski, and what it was like working with him in 5 movies, although they both were going to kill each other. Moreover, I'm agree with what he says on the new technologies, actually, I think we don't live through the reality anymore, today, we live through the images that we usually post on Instagram or Twitter.

    You don't know his name and you let his mic top out. Sounds awful. Questions weren't great. Shame, wasted opportunity with such a legend in front of you.

    Since Klaus's great reset relies on plans to shut down the internet/electric at some point, I've been trying to find out if we'll still have plumbing/water -which didn't used to be dependent on electric at all. He answered it at 6:20.

    Werner = "VERNER". The "W" in German is a "V". DAMMIT!!

    Love Herzog but the film was about as relevant as one of those outdated books that's been thrown out of a well-kept library.. there are some of his philosophical musings that are somewhat interesting but the rest views like a list of old buzzfeed factoids "10 minblowing things about the 90s and internet history, like woah dude"

    • @natebirch
      @natebirch Před 7 lety +3

      It hasn't made people stupid. People have always, generally speaking, been stupid. Stupid is as stupid does.

      Nathen Birch yes that’s so true. It hasn’t “made” them stupid so much as it’s just provided another avenue for ppl to express and engage their own stupidity.
