    Good but not complete ;on general appearance; mental status (low in any cause of increased ICP), any signs of trauma ( laceration, bruises, deformities), lacrimation or rhinorrhea ( Cluster, URTI), horner ( cluster), rash ( meningitides), fever ( URTI, sinusitis, temporal arthritis with PMR), fever and neck stiffness ( meningitides, encephalitis, SAH), palpation of temporal artery and feeling for hardness or nodularity or lack of pulse there ( temporal arthritis),fundascopy ( papilledema, other causes of swollen optic disc, HTN retinopathy)
