  • Today I decided to hike up Stewart Falls Trail at Sundance Mountain resort barefoot. I know, call me crazy. l
I call it mindful hiking. Mindfulness. Intentional difficulty. One woman called it a “vision walk”.
I am seeking for, and achieving, mental toughness, as well as physical toughness.
Feel free to join me in your own journey of intentionality.

A Vision Walk eh? I guess can see how walking barefoot over four miles of sharp rocks could induce some visions. It was great meeting you Duncan. I look forward to watching some new adventures from you.

I am not sure what compelled you to do this but you WAY over did it for your first time. I hope you keep it up but take it slow. You need to let your feet and body adjust to the natural way of walking. Start with short easy walks under 1 hour and in less than a year you should be able to complete that trek in 2 hours without the pain
