Don’t be deluded. Rates are only going up. Unreasonable money printing has consequences. Hedge yourself against inflation.
The USA has some of the least expensive gasoline in the world. $4.00/gal is inexpensive to anyone else on this planet.
Higher rates are inflationary…farfetched of a theory to say the least. Respectfully of course.
Why would a massive bank (like JPM) be constructive on Small Caps? Do they even invest in them?
Why bother with due diligence for such a small loan.
The next move with Digital Currency is into business. Interbank is done. Note that Digital is suposed to be owned by the actual government but it would destroy the power of the Fiat banks, ie; world power. JP is presenting thier own complete system and is expanding their US banking coverage while everyone else is collapsing. Note also that virtually no politician understands any of the digital world.

Serious question - what the heck do we buy? Gold is the only thing moving.
Small caps popped a bit, especially value, but I don't think it will last.
@@nerdlife206 I dunno but imho economy might have problems with this rates and there are might be some bad surprises.
And also that gov dept interest is kinda doubled last 4 years? I assume the only way to fix this problem is a steady real gdp growth and low rates. So imho they will lower rates anyway, even if inflation is persistent.
So I will prob keep buying 30 years bonds

I don’t live in the US, I live in Russia and here if they have a gov problem they fix it and it’s always in priority to inflation.
People pay so gov can survive always and refinance of USA dept is kind very important thing to fix
@Asheve I agree on the debt, the situation is bad.
Both political parties desperately depend on support from the Boomers, who are the many beneficiaries of government entitlements. So, I don't see cuts there.
As for tax hikes, I don't see that either - maybe Biden would do some, but he'd also spend on infrastructure, which is fiscal stimulus.
Trump tax cuts are staying (obviously). Senate Republicans like it, and they run the show.
I think the economy could get even hotter. A 3% real GDP is actually possible.
I've stopped buying treasuries (about 15% of my portfolio is 30-year bonds). Buying credit, gold and muni bonds instead because I don't know what else to do.
