1. Tell us something about yourself.
2. What is your role or scope of work in the company?
3. Do you consider yourself to be an ethical person? Can you state some of your ethical qualities?
4. In your company, what ethical qualities do you think is the best for it to succeed?
5. Was there a time when you were given a difficult task? What did you do to accomplish it?
6. Was there ever a time when you faced an ethical problem, what did you do in order to overcome that obstacle? Did you seek help from others?
7. If you caught your boss/bestfriend or someone close to you doing something illegal or unethical in the company, what would you do?
8. If your boss gave you a task that is against company policy or contradicts your ethical values, what would be your response? What if you will be fired from work if you disobeyed?
9. You were assigned to a big project wherein you will be a part of a group that will develop a device that can detect and cure cancer cells. If you accomplish this on time, you will be promoted, give you a lot of earnings when patented, benefit a lot of people, and make you famous. However, in order to get ahead of other companies, the project head tasked you to test the device on people diagnosed with early stages of cancer without applying for a permit to the DoH to perform human trials. Knowing that your prototype might cause side effects on the patient since it is still not finished, but you will not be charged with anything since you are not the project head, would you still participate in the project? Why or Why not?
10. Do you think “under the table” negotiations, those that seem insignificant, will be beneficial for the company to grow, as long as it won’t be found out? Why or why not?
11. If you will be given the chance to talk to yourself when you just started working, what advice would you give? (Particularly in work ethics)
