How do you sleep with it? I'm so tired of dealing with this every night. 😢

It's really tough. I slept with a pillow between my knees and kept me knees together whenever I turned. I also tried to do some pelvic tilt before getting out of bed.

I’m in my first trimester and it’s very painful. I did a few to be safe, but is ok to continue these throughout my first trimester?

    • @bellystrong

As long as you haven't been told to avoid anything in particular by your medical provider, then you should be okay to do these as long as you like!
