I've made a career of aviation but at the age of 18 I soloed a Cessna 150. It was before they limited the flap range and after flying dozens and dozens of different aircraft I have to say the Cessna 150 was a marvelous trainer. When flying the 150 one always looked ahead at bigger and better planes to fly but after doing so the Cessna 150 is something good to look back upon. Looks like i'm going to purchase the Carbon-Z Cessna 150 and see if the model flies as good as the real deal.

Indeed....The flight was a sight to behold for sure! That Cessna has a very wide flight envelope, and with Ali on the sticks it can perform amazingly well!
Really enjoyed the video, John! The more clips of this bird I watch, the more determined I am to find a way of fitting one in my car for the trip to the club field! :D

The aircraft seems unavailable here in Australia at present so I will have to contend with my wonderful Timber for the time being.Q: what is the best battery for the C150 z as I did not catch the end comment?

Hi brother! Believe it or not, we were flying it on a 6S 7000!!! And it STILL carried that weight like a pro! Horizon recommends a 6S 5000, but I think I'll be flying mine (once I get it) on both battery sizes....I hope this helps! Also hope they become available soon for you down under! Cheers mate!

As a regular flyer of this model, all I can say is; Poor ESC.
Mine gets hot flying it at half that intensity with my 6S
Yeah, I'm sure she should have had at least an 80 amp out of the box...
I have been flying with the stock ESC for about a total of 50 flights. I have not had any issues yet, but yea, a bigger ESC would have been good.
I try not to hover for long periods of time.

Yes, the stock ESC is shit. I replaced it with an awesome Hobbywing 80A ESC with a better BEC. Runs very cool, too.
