Cabbage - 1/2 piece
Fool Gobhi - 1/2 piece
Chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Corn Starch - 4+2 tbsp
Maida - 4+2tbsp
Oil - to deep fry
Chilli Sauce ke lie -
No Onion No Garlic Ketchup - 4 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder (kashmiri) - 1 tbsp
Patta Gobhi - finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Hari Mirch - 3 slit
Shimla Mirch - Green/Yellow - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 medium sliced
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Homemade Chilli Sauce - 2-3 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Corn Starch - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Nice recipe.. I make it in similar way for my Jain in-laws. Idea of chilli sauce is great. I had used soaked kashmir chilli paste instead and added some sugar later on in the sause/gravy. Gives similar taste I guess. Next time I'll add some garam masala like you suggested.👍
