Roasted Red Peppers

Simple and delicious. When you roast red peppers, you intensify the flavor and the sweetness. These are great on their own, or in a sandwich, add to a salad, make roasted red peppers and eggs, add to hummus, the uses are endless. I dress them with garlic, salt and olive oil and keep them in the fridge.
