Yemen's Houthi delegation arrives in Saudi Arabia for peace talks

- A Houthi delegation is in Riyadh for peace talks with the Saudi government to end the years-long conflict in Yemen.
The visit raises hopes of a breakthrough in the war that has killed thousands of people since 2015.
Following the peace deal with Iran In March, Saudi Arabia conducted a major prisoner swap with Houthis involving hundreds of soldiers on both sides.
The US has welcomed the new round of negotiations.
Iran is understood to be on board too.
Al Jazeera’s Mohamed Vall reports.

Bruh, Saudi Arabia was the one buying U.S. weapons to use against the Houthis and got irate when the U.S. Congress wanted to end further weapons sales because how incompetent SA was at using them against the Houthis.
