Connor Caughlin have you actually ever listened to Dolly’s version? She never could have sung this version, in this key in full voice lol it’s an insanely high belt, Dolly’s version was way more like a light lullaby, I adore her and she’s clearly a prolific songwriter, but she wasn’t a vocalist on Whitney’s level and she would be the first one to admit that.
