I remember you saying that the matching suits aren't actually in the story a while back and I'm still recovering. This is like finding out Santa isn't real!
The Patch secret identity is so funny, especially when a later comic reveals everyone knew it was him. It kinda feels like Claremont just wanted to do some crime stuff and ended up using Wolverine for it as an afterthought.

That patch and Joe fix it cover is one I remember from the comic shop wall way back in the day.
for the patch situation there was a bit later on in the comic series during the left hand of god/vampire storyline where everyone tells logan they knew it was him they just didnt want to say "hey wolvie whats up with the stupid eye patch" to a guy with pointy metal claws 😂
As they say in the comic… when a man with unbreakable bones and razor claws wants the world to believe he’s dead. You let him believe it!

As a Hulk fan, I really want to buy this 2-pack. But I just can't justify buying it because of its price tag and because I just previously bought the Joe Fixit last year. Maybe when the price is right I might pick it up.
Pre-ordered recently, can't wait! This just reminds me of the Danny DeVito/ Arnold Schwarzenegger movie, Twins. So it was a no-brainer for me.

Digging this new series, Dave. Looking forward to what comes next. Yeah, it does stink that they couldn't figure (no pun intended) a way to make the crossed arms work. I mean, if it's ONLY based on that one iconic cover image, you SHOULD be able to exactly recreate it, at least. Oh, well.
