July 2, 2024 - I40 - US70 (Future I42) and construction of the 540 Southern Loop

The interchange for NC-540, I40, and US Hwy 70. The Johnston County Economic Development office is monitoring the construction of I40, the I540 "Southern Loop" and the US70 (Future I42) interchange with aerial drone video footage monthly. Video footage from July 2, 2024. It is a part of our effort to refrain from referring to US70/Future I42 as the "Clayton Bypass".
