  • A tasty Pork Loin cooked on the rotisserie, it cooks very evenly and has fantastic flavor.

Although I had to watch it at 2x speed because it's so slow, it was helpful for my dinner plans, thanks :-)

At what temperature did you have your rotisserie set? I know the goal temp for the meat is 145, but what was the "oven" temp?

If there is any salt in your rub it can react with the aluminum foil causing holes in the foil and tiny spots of foil on your meat. It looks like glitter and it's hard to get it off. Plastic wrap is a much better choice.

Ed Hourigan Thankyou, it's easy to make and delicious to eat. You might have a few different sauces to use, such as BBQ, or Ranch Dressing, even Blue Cheese is great.

Thank you....Pork loin in great, but it can dry out fast if it is overcooked. It is great with a BBQ sauce, and it is really great with some fresh Pineapple. There are many was to fix it, and they're all good. Thank you for watching.

.....you can jump ahead in the video to anywhere you want. I have found out that if I rush through the cook, it makes it hard for people to understand what is going on. Sorry you didn't like it. Thanks for watching anyway.
