      Half of higher education is useful, half of it isn't. 4 year degrees should be 2 years, going all the way back to high school. Most people should graduate at 16 and head to a 2 year college. You do not need to 3 P.E. electives, 2 courses of history, and 2 course of advanced english to do a technical job. Colleges need to cut out all the fat, the same goes for high school.

      The public education system was meant to create mind-programmed robots...mission achieved! Work 9-5 for 45 years or so & maybe by then your house will be paid off. That's after you re-mortgaged it 10 times throughout the years for remodeling or extra expenses.     I am telling you guys about what I think of these things
    1. Schools are nothing but a half day jail where innocent kids become bad persons and we work very hard in schools but don't get anything even after scoring good grades
    2. Education system is totally fucked up everything in it is wrong nothing is good especially exams it's the worst
    3. People are spending all there precious time in studying and reading they become a machine at a point just to get a stupid job

      If u take a math proof course, u will realize that it is nothing like “remember and repeat”. Yes there is reading, but u read to acquire knowledge to *apply* it. Yes, memorizing formulas now gets u nowhere in being able to write a good proof. U need to know how to apply what u know to piece together the puzzle and prove a statement. And that is the learning that u are talking about. So I think it depends on which major u are talking about.

    Education actually does matter. It all depends on where you live. If you live in America or any other first world country, it probably doesn't. If you live in a third world country and you either don't have enough money or don't have the balls to start your own business(because let's be honest, not everyone has leading qualities), your level of education is gonna matter a lot.

    I have recently acquired my second degree, and this degree has opened a lot of doors for me. It has changed my life completely.       you can learn accounting without going to University. You can learn law without going to University. Many carrier criminals who been in and out in prison knows criminal law better than criminal lawyers. It is not education is bad but the ripping off students with bunch nonsense subjects is what makes American education is scum. For example it takes 3 years to get BA in engendering or if you go straight 4.5 years you get your masters. Also there is no no tuition fees, it is funded by the tax money. You can live with your parents and graduate with Masters. After you graduate you dont be slave of corporations all your life just to pay off your debt.

      Actually, a lot of accountants don't have a college degree. CPA and ACCA courses are professional papers that turn you into a chartered accountant.
