Moving The Belted Galloways & Weaning Our First Calf

This update consist of moving the breeding family of our Belted Galloway cows & bull to a new paddock. We also weaned our first Stoney Creek stud heifer, Uzuri. Uzuri is 9 months old now, old enough to wean & we need to separate her from her mum Panda so we can put her in with Tex for her next breeding cycle. Yep sure is.
Still haven’t had a frost yet. Getting down to 0 in the morning but beautiful days.
I start off in 3 layers in the morning & in shorts & tshirt from about 10 then tugging up again around 5.
It’s dark now by 5:30.
Bit like where you guys live. 🍻
