Wilfredo, absolutely beautiful home. The master bedroom is missing a linen closet. The pantry is a bit small but the kitchen is beautiful.
I guess because the two closets are right in front of the bathroom the builder thought a linen closet wasn’t necessary but a master bath with a linen closet is definitely a must. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Not sure about those cabinets but i really like this house
In person they look good, normally homes have the white shaker cabinets which look great and is very popular, but I must say these gray cabinets was a pleasant surprise! Thanks for watching!

This builder always uses quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and overall nice finishes throughout.
Okay looking house but for the Ocala area, the price is 100k to much because there is no jobs in the immediate area to support paying that kind of money you are paying for the house. Most good jobs are about 1-2 hours away -one way- IF AND THATS A BIG IF, you get lucky. Now if it was 198k it would be somewhat do-able, but that's only for some people who don't mind job hunting two times a year and learning new skills. I like the nature Parks, but how many times is someone gonna visit the same parks. Its not much to do if you are from a big city, so most people commute way outside the area to have fun on a weekly basis, so make sure you have a good reliable car and like 4-8 hours of travel time cause traffic is crazy on the weekends. Your are gonna need a change of mind set ,if you plan on living in the Ocala area.
