i love that your'e running hobbywing
Im glad! I would love to try some acuvance stuff down the road but it just hasn’t been in the budget. Even when I do I’ll still keep the Hobbywing in the second car🤘🏼Plus I run Hobbywing in all of my others cars because I really think they are the best🔥
All your videos are so consistent and well done! You’ve grown exponentially Sean, no doubt about it, awesome job, awesome channel! Congrats on the success, Let’s catch some doors soon ^__^
Much appreciated man! You were one of the earliest people watching and it means a lot! Haven’t seen you in a bit and would love to do some driving! Hope your doing well🤘🏼
Good job as always… growth is inevitable when you put in the time
Thank you! Its definitely a great feeling when it all starts coming together. I appreciate you watching!
Congrats and great stuff as always! See you at the track.
Thanks! You too man!
The hobby needs more dudes like you! People who want to learn and give back! I know what you mean about the nerves when you setup up to the comp, even our fun comps I get all nervous and forget how to drive.
That means a lot man! I feel like a lot of people, including myself, have a hard time trying new things. Hopefully we can keep showing people that its worth the stress haha.
I'm really enjoying all the custom work you've been doing too. That aluminum chassis looks dope, I'm gonna check out the video when I'm at work tomorrow🤘🏼
@@SeanLewisMedia Keep it up! I was definitely the new guy once and couldn’t even make it around the track and now it’s cool to see guys like that start to get doors!
Thanks man I appreciate it! I hope I can make it out to SuperG soon!
@shredcraftrc That would be awesome if you did man! Have a good one🤘🏼
Keep up the good work brother
I appreciate it bro!
That pressure is real lol 😂
Its crazy haha!
@@SeanLewisMedia one minute you are ready the next you’re in a wall lol 😂
Hell yeah dude! Awesome filming, awesome cars.
Glad you like them! Thank you so much for watching!
I'm also really bad with nervousness. I could only imagine the pressure at super G after spending hours waiting for other competitors.
you have progressed a lot Sean! you should try mounting the ball studs to the highest mounting position on your rear hubs for more traction, it will lower your roll center and give you more weight shift effect.
Thank you so much! I'll have to try that out!
Just saw your post on super g just subscribed new to the drift hobby .
Thanks for the sub! I hope my videos can help you out! Im always trying to think of new ideas to help people getting into the hobby so feel free to throw some my way ifyou ever have them and Ill do my best to help you out!
Great job 👏😎
Thank you so much! It was a ton. of fun and I cant wait to see how I do in the next one🤘🏼
Great job bro .. keep it up … btw tray mounting the esc in the rear .. might help a bit ….
I appreciate it man! Thanks for the tip too! I have noticed others doing the same so it might happen soon🤘🏼
Glad the servo is working out for you, been loving the Yokomo Yatabe Ptile springs in the front and the ReveD PC Medium Progressives in the rear (may need medium/hard depending on the weight). They are so consistent and neutral that they allow me to tune the snappiness in my ESC, really utilize my full throttle range.
Ya man the servo has been awesome. I appreciate the help with that! Ill forsure check out those springs too. I finally broke out the tuner for my hobbywing and started playing with settings. Its been a fun experiment and i think its a bit more dialed in.
I picked up an Agile 10.5t to test out and I might grab a acuvance esc down the road to test out and start learning the sbus side of things. Not that I feel the need for them I just really like learning it all and the easy esc tuning could be nice as I start actually noticing the changes. Then I can put my hobbywing stuff in my gfs car so she can actually start getting after it haha.
@@SeanLewisMediaAwesome! You made a solid good choice, I'm currently running an Agile 10.5/Rad & an Agile 11.5/XarvisXX and both feel amazing. If you pick it up from SuperG the ESCs come pre-tuned and they are perfect starting point. You are making a lot of progress keep it up.
Oh man with so many people watching yeah I bet that was nerve racking. I get nervous when we have 20 of us competing let alone that many there.
I think twenty would still be stressful too! Thanks for watching!
Well done !
Quick question, what is the thickness of the carbon front shock tower ? Was wondering about that !
Thank you! The tower is 3mm thick👍🏻
Rig is looking real nice, I'm in da process of getting all da shark upgrades fa my yd2z, taking a while 😂 but I only need a few more bits fa da rear....I noticed your front bumper, did you av it made or is it available to buy 🤔 ya gonna be a top driver being surrounded by so much talent.
Thanks for all the support man! Ya being able to drive with the top guys has really helped me get up to pace for sure. The front bumper is made by Rhino Racing,supergdrift.com/product/hydra-carbon-fiber-front-bumper-for-shark-yd-2-rmx-galm-yd2-scale-reflex-900115/ . Hope that helps!
