"YoU DoUbTeD IT?!?!?"
Best line !!! Love these 2 hahaha
LoL
The movie takes place in 1888. When Sherlock says it's not safe there's dangerous people about its a nod to the fact that Jack the Ripper was prowling the streets at that time.
Nope it takes place in 1885
@@lilchildsofficial oh yeah. The real strike took place in 1888. My bad.
@@DocDarkness it would have been better matching the actual factual dates tho maybe they did a bit of foreshadowing for the 3rd movie for Jack the ripper.
@@laughforlife3539 I was thinking that but Jack the Ripper. Ooooh that's pretty grim stuff. Not sure that could be worked into this kinda more light-hearted narrative and that case was never officially solved.
@@DocDarkness really good point 🤣🤣
I love how much more they developed Sherlock and Enola compared to the first film. I really want an Enola and Mycroft development for the 3rd movie. I imagine Enola would make Mycroft a bit more open minded and Mycroft would help Enola understand politics a bit more, esp since she'll have matured even more and be hanging out with Tewkesbury by the 3rd movie!
THIS🙌🙌
I too hope the Mycroft softening will be in the cards for the next movie. I think before he can get right with Enola though he needs to hash things out with his mother. Mycroft was raised by a very unconventional mother and a man who married that atypical woman. She was active in his education. Still he developed into the prig we saw in movie 1. Not only that, but even he considers himself a dutiful man, he doesn't ever visit his mother or sister. None of that happens without something going wrong in his relationship with his mother. I think Eudora played favorites, or at least it seemed so Mycroft. He was the most ordinary of her children and therefore got the least of her attention. He may have even overheard her saying something resentful about motherhood impeding women from pursuing their true callings. His hurt manifested in becoming ultra conservative, pursuing the idea that his mother was wrong and unnatural, because to believe otherwise meant something was wrong with him. Eudora for her part I think feels betrayed by her son, his political views, his abandonment, that fact he lords his financial control over the female members of his family, his shame of her, and his treatment of Enola. These two have to have it out before he can grow as a character.
Yes.
Ehhh he was so much of a prat that I would find that kind of development hard to believe.
@@MortMe0430 I love sibling reconciliation and character growth; however, I agree. If they had laid the ground work in this movie than I would have been more for it. Or even just MENTIONED he was feeling regret -- I'm not saying it is impossible (and because I'm a sap, I'm HOPEFUL!) but like you said it would be difficult. He was such an unrepetent bully. His change can't be a one movie thing.
1:22 The fact that Henry purposely made himself heavy during the stairs scene. Millys face Carrying him up was real 😂😂😂
Fr 😂
@@art.ajk_2020and honestly henry needs more comedic roles he's hilarious
@@robertcook5049 Yeah but tv shows and series just see him as a pretty face
He is more than a beautiful face
@@alejandrasanchez3022Can’t agree more with u
@@robertcook5049 LITERALLY
The fact Henry treats Millie as a sister, just makes this more accurate!
A breath of fresh air for him I'm sure since he mainly grew up with rowdy brothers, didn't he?
@@nursarahj.4425 Yeah, he goes into it in the Graham Norton episode featuring Tom Holland. Henry describes how it was like growing up with his brothers as kids.
*Edit: OMG, Thanks for all the likes, like holy crap!*
i really admire the script of this movie!
they make enola smart, but not smarter than sherlock at everything, but still she sees angles that he doesn't. and they don't dumb sherlock down, to make her seem smarter.
they allowed her to be independent but also have romantic love. and they showed tewksbury to be smart and a man in his own right, even if he's not the typical kick butt, super masculine type. (which is great) they balance each other and need each other. it has a great message, it has action, mystery that we can feel like we are solving along with her, and it's funny and romantic and has a really wonderful caring plot of sibling love as well. honestly what more could you want 💜
All the Holmes children are intelligent problem-solvers in different ways and I love it
YES and they finally showed a bit of care with Enola Holmes' relationships, instead of going with our generation's trends of "strong independent woman" or "girlboss". They let her see herself grow stronger with allies.
@@aerimage8863 exactly 😭
👍👍👍👍 honestly love it that enola isnt smarter than sherlock but still excels in areas that sherlock bumbles at
It reminds me of a toddler who tried to finally stand up all alone
Oh, if only Mycroft was with them. But then again, if there’s an Enola Holmes 3, I hope they give Sherlock, Mycroft, and Enola moments
Probably only wasn't because he was in so much of the last one. We did get a flashback with him though.
@@xanderm6090 yea, I just want to see them have sibling moments. And when I mean them, ALL of them. And maybe Mycroft will finally learn about being a woman too, for all we know, Sherlock knows now about Edith and the fighting women.
i heard abt the actor for him not being able to because he was busy on another project
@@jade-zd2vyI see, well thank you for the info
@@solarislunaeclipse5321 I don’t think so because they introduced a new Watson at the end so they don’t need him
I like how Sherlock bickers and gets frustrated with Enola but he's still awkward around her and cannot seem get really mad at her 😂😂😂
The funniest part for me was the letter. Enola took long hours to figure out the meaning of it but Sherlock took seconds. The look on enola's face was so satisfying🤣 i keep rewatching that part.
The way Sherlock is trying to stand up drunk 😅
That's just me every day trying to get up in the morning just so I can spend another day at this hellhole we call school
Henry actually improvised this scene which makes it even more funny
@@jeremya.t269 I feel you!
@@emilys3907 So cool, He's amazing!
An absolute TREASURE
Lmao that bit where Sherlock says "You're innocent" and she is so outraged that he doubted her.
No wonder Henry took this role. Sherlock allowed him as an actor to do scenes he hasn't done before. It's the first time I saw him act drunk with comedic timing in front of the camera.
“It’s like carrying a dead horse, on which sits another dead horse”
She single handedly took down all comedic passive aggressive quotes
“Why. Pray. Have you moved everything” *inserts hand gesture*
This line ended me 😂😂😂
So basically me in my older brother in a nutshell? Me and him, are just as chaotic as them, I love their sibling moments!
(Oops, I meant to say “and” not “in”)
Same XD
And I also just realised that me and my brother are the same age as them, and when we kinda "reunited" just like them, we acted the same 😂😅
Only difference is that, I haven't seen my brother drunken before
That offended "you doubted it?!"😂😂😂😂😂
Drunk Sherlock has me dead 😂💀
Henry actually improvised that scene lol
The overall development of these two in Enola Holmes 2 has changed so much from the first instalment in the best way possible. Can't wait to see what they have next.
1:28 he seems so upset like he's about to cry that his place is in SHAMBLES
I think Henry Cavill slays the character Sherlock holmes. His charisma is all i can focus
I obviously knew that Sherlock and Enola couldn't become official crime-solving partners because of Watson (and admittedly, the way Enola brings Watson to him at the end of this movie _was_ really sweet 🥺), but when he suggested it to her at the end of the movie I really hoped it would happen. :' ) Their sibling relationship is so endearing; I love seeing a version of Holmes that actually gets to show his kind and soft side, just like in the original SH novels, that so many adaptations seem to lack; he's soft for her and cares about her, but it's still not too much that it feels ooc. I loved them in the original EH books and I loved them in this movie, even more than in the first one; the drunk scene with her carrying him made my heart melt, I just need more of themmmmm 😭🥺💖 they are so good, ugh
Agreed on everything. I absolutely love love love them
Best
Sibling
Energy
Ever
How dare you not include the moment he was so busy outsmarting her he almost missed the fact that she was in danger but immediately stopped once he realized and tried to offer help without putting her down
"But this I will have" 🤣🤣🤣
The fact that Enola literally stops when Sherlock gets thrown in front of her and then he gets up with that weird arm thing he's doing. That part's hilarious! Also, the sarcasm she uses, priceless!🤣
As an older brother with a younger sister. I can relate to this
That “YOU!” moment is the same with me and my sis or cousins tbh
I want a scene with Sherlock and his mother. I feel like that would be an interesting scene.
Definitely 😁
I'm loving Sherlock's sisters adaptations so far. From Eurus to Enola, the study of these siblings' interactions are so interesting to watch
i forgot i had my video settings speed on 1.75 and the way sherlock tried to stand up in this speed got me DYING.
I just tested that, and it is HILARIOUS
I'm not really big on this however just that scene of him playing the violin and her turning around slowly and looking at the camera had me dying.
Sherlock: *playing violin*🤠😌🎻
Enola: *looking at the camera*🤨🙄😑
Me: *laughing*🤦🏻♀️😂🤣
someone should draw that but with ruby and aqua fr
I love Sherlock and Enola moments.
the way he stands up be like:
I need Henry Cavill as Mr. Darcy immediately
How would it make you feel if that happens lol thank you for your love and support anyways

dude it was literally just a typo
I'd be happy for this pair to continue making these films until the end of time.
Fun fact: In the books, Sherlock can bend a steel poker with very little effort.
2:46 Classic
Enola 2 was so amazing!❤😋
Sherlock kept 3nola to write things down. Make me cracking up
I love how technically he's old enough to be her father, most large age difference siblings don't have much in common, but they still bicker and argue like they're twins.
i flippin love them. the drunk sherlock scene always gets me laughing.
pls theyre so funny TwT
You should totally make more videos like this
I am both sad and happy that mycroft was in the second one for like 3 seconds
Wait he was there
Where was he?
@@FutureAuth0r they showed him as a kid near the middle, idk the timestamp
I love “you doubted!”
I really want a series out of this
0:03 I already can't right here 💀🤚😭
"but this i will have" lol, it gets me laughing every time
The way he tries to stand in the drunk scene-
“I found you on the street, drunk like a bewildered beast!”
- Enola, 1888
the begining tho....it got me
BuT tHiS i wILL tAkE lmao
Deff missed the moment where Moriarty is revealed and they say they have twice the mind of everyone there and Sherlock and Enola look at each other like "are they for real right now? 🤨" I love that little detail lol
*chef’s kiss*
Oh sister o'mine 🤣🤣
They are being themselves both on and off the screen. That sigh of exasperatio in the scene was real!😂 he needs to decompress after all that radiation coming from Millie😂
I can’t stop watching this movie and laughing at this scene ! 🤣
I hope we will see more about Mycroft next time. The snob and weak older brother with the wild and strong youngest is a fun dynamic
Not the OOF😂😂
Amazing edit🎉😍✨️
as a violinist, sherlock's violin playing got me
So funny and well edited
i’m straight as a chick-fil-a straw but henry cavill was something else in this movie!
Yes. His Sherlock is very much doing it for me as well.
I've been waiting for this video since I wathced the film!! You missed the scene where Sherlock tries to protect her and she puches his hand but so cool video!!

I love Enola Holmes 2 😂❤❤❤
but this i will have omg in dying rn
There relationship is wayyy more different in the book 🥲
Wher Is Watson when she needs help dealing with her brother
The funniest part is on 1:54 to 2:05😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is like me and one of my three brothers.
need a sherlock solo movie
I might be too late to notice this, but are they using the same set of the apartment as used in BBC Sherlock?
Henry Cavill put his whole Cav-ussy into this 🤣
Sherlock Holmes x Enola Holmes
Not your average, yet typical bro sis relationship
Both of these Enola movies were so charming and entertaining. I am a little sad, though. Two women who are my age have played Henry Cavill’s mother. Diane Lane and Helena Bonham Carter. That’s how you know you are old. Well, poop.
I hope we get a Part 3 with all of the characters from part 1 in here well the ones who are alive I mean....
Me and my sibling in a nutshell
We have , Doctor strange , Ironman and superman now as Sherlock
Question, does Watson show up in the EH books at all? Because I feel like he needs to show up in the next film...
2:59 lol
We are also chaotic siblings
Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill being the best duo in this movie
And trio it is Enola Holmes, Tewkesbury and of course Sherlock Holmes.
Why?… *pray* … have you moved everything?
I still can't get over the fact that I'm sharing names with this gal
😂😂😂😂😂😂there so cool
Ah, yes
It's like me and my brother
