Aquarius is associated with social status and Capricorn deals with establishing reputation, hard work and building industry. I see Pluto disrupting something in social media or this new version of it - live, tik tok etc, UGC. Possibly the downfall of a political ideology/party.
The downfall, or rather transformation, of whatvwe know as "party politics". which is now an archaic way of governance when you see the technology available.

Well, if you look historically at US politics, one political party started its downfall when Pluto was in the early degrees of Virgo. This was when the polarity between Republicans and Democrats flipped. Specifically it was in 1964 when the Democrats embraced the Civil Rights Act of that year, Strom Thurmond and the other "Dixiecrats" defected to the Republican Party. The mortal blow was delivered by Goldwater defeating Rockefeller in the primary. The Democrats' decline started in the later degrees of Scorpio and early Sagittarius with the Clinton Administration. I think the Battle of the Boomers we're seeing now is the culmination these parties both declining.

Also the American healthcare system could also change in this time: the famous documentary Sicko came out in 2007 - Obama Care was passed in 2010 and the “repeal and replace” campaign which led to Republicans taking back the House of Representatives. I think healthcare could be central to a revolution of sorts in the US especially since the end of Pluto in Capricorn era showed the failures of US healthcare were so apparent.

Saturn was at that degree in the middle of the single saturn house when the XX amendment was created. The XX amendment moved the Presidential inauguration date to the 20th of Jan. Same degree. There will be revolutions while Pluto is in Aquarius. Where on earth they take place is unknown however. But I believe china’s moon is in Aquarius so china might see social upheaval while Pluto is co-present there, or they could gain more power and wealth through the belt and road project.

Well, one thing to note about Pluto's movement in the late 1800s was in the final minutes of Taurus, Otmall Mergenthaler filed his first patents for moveable type setting. After Pluto had barely crossed into Gemini for the last time, the Linotype Machine was unleashed upon the world. The Linotype machine was a giant type setter that arranged letters and spaces called Matrices into a line which was then cast in hot lead and then ejected. That's how the machine got its name, a Line of Type. It lead to an explosion of literacy as the number of books, magazines, and newspapers exploded because they could be produced so quickly an cheap. So that kind of stuff will figure in too. The Linotype declined when Pluto was in later Libra and early Sagittarius.
Not to mention what the configuration of the other outer planets are. IIRC, this transit through Aquarius will have an outer planet configuration not seen before in human history with all of them being in Air/Fire signs. Pluto is just over 5 months away from it's final departure from Capricorn in November. Neptune is in the final minutes of Pisces and going to shift into Aries soon. Next year Saturn will cross into Aries as well and in 2026 Uranus will enter Gemini.
November 19/20, of 2024. Pluto finally stays in Aquarius for good.

I think applying our understanding of gender to things as large scale as astrology or divine concepts doesn't work. Our understanding is heavily colored by Abrahamic religion which is very rigid regarding gender and differs from other ways of knowing.

We saw the real estate bubble burst with Pluto moving into Capricorn, which had knock on effects in the rest of the economy. But Pluto into Aquarius has given us a tech recession which hasn't had the same global impact. It's been largely isolated to the one sector more associated with Aquarius.

Have you actually tried using AI for astrology? It's rather stupid. You tell GPT 4 that you have the Sun at 22 degrees Aries in 1st House, and the Moon at 25 degrees Libra Seventh House, and it will tell you they're conjunct. It also cannot do astrological calculations. At best you can get it to give you interpretations based on what it found crawling the web. So you have to make the assumption that those sites it used were correct to begin with. And the only way you know is if you use Microsoft's implementation of it, Copilot, as it sites sources whereas Chat GPT does not.

In terms of the financial thing, the underlying pattern isn't really a "crisis" so much as it is a disruption in the government spending and economic strength balance due to greed. Economic strength and government spending are Yin and Yang. When one goes down, the other rises. When economies weaken, the government usually would go into deficit spending in order to prop the economy up and get it going again. When those efforts bear their fruit, the government winds down that spending and recoups the money it spent through taxes. Problem is people got greedy and spoked that wheel. The most visible sign of this is the rise of "trickle down economics" which was a term that wasn't really around until the Reagan Administration in the 1980s. This is the concept of governmental policies that favor the rich and sold under the lie that their prosperity will "trickle down" to the rest of the population. We've had nearly half a century of those policies now and we know they don't work. While the post World War II boom strengthened it, the United States' most prosperous time coincides with the highest tax brackets in history.
Tax cuts over the subsequent decades have lead to an ever-widening gap in wealth.
The industrial ‘revolution’ was not a revolution in the sense of the French or American revolutions ie for the people, by the people (Aquarius) - it was technology that was imposed on the people at the expense of their health, lives and their traditions of quality craftsmanship to make money for a few in a vertical structure. The true (proto-) revolutionaries were the Luddites who smashed up the machines. This seems highly analogous to the imposition of AI, war, increasing inequality, pandemics and vaccines etc during Pluto in Capricorn. The working conditions imposed during the Industrial Revolution in the west are currently being endured by people in poorer parts of the world, again to make money for the few. In India the annual monsoon has been predicted accurately 5000 years ago. The Tui Bei Tu in China, predictions made in the 6th century has described the fall of every Chinese empire accurately and has Xi looking over his shoulder and purging his military today. You can take all the breaks from Karma as you want but until your astrology can explain rebirth, your analysis will always be incomplete.
