    Listing Description
A Designer's Masterpiece - 21' Wide Townhouse on Prime, Tree-Lined Boerum Hill Street.
Five floors of exceptional quality and exquisite detail elegantly composed in your one-of-a-kind Brooklyn townhome. Beautifully renovated and spanning over five floors, this 21-foot-wide townhome truly needs to be experienced to take in all the meticulous thought and attention to detail found in every room.
The parlor floor, is both dramatic and warm. 12' ceilings and a width of 21' convey a sense of volume while the nearly floor to ceiling windows and connecting arched pocket doors inundate the space with brilliant northern exposure and create a seamless light effect from both ends. Found throughout the property are complementary original hardwood floors, 7 marble mantles , and 4 wood-burning fireplaces.
A separate kitchen features a chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and an eat-in marble breakfast bar. Parallel to the kitchen is a dining area that can extend into the patio with a retracing accordion glass wall allowing you to overlook onto your over 1000 square feet of pristine greenery.
Showcasing a massive family room, the second floor is the ultimate space for customization, conveniently outfitted with several built-in storage options. With three prominent windows, this space also shares in the tremendous light and receives additional light from the skylight and skywalk combo. On this floor is the largest guest bedroom/office along with a full bath and space for laundry.
On the third floor are two king-sized and one queen-sized bedroom. Each king-sized bedroom has a separate office alcove while every bedroom has its own closet and windows. The three bedrooms share a large marble bathroom with dual vanities and have additional shared storage space in the hallway.
The 5th floor primary suite is designed to be an oasis of light and relaxation. With five picture skylight windows in the bedroom alone and four others on the same floor, there is no shortage of natural light. The spa-like primary bath can be entered directly or through the king-size bedroom. A stand-alone claw-foot tub sits under the spotlight of the large skylight with a custom half-enclosed wooden walk-in shower just beside. The bathroom features a dual vanity and separate water closet with bidet along with an internal 3-pronged walk-in-closet with tons of storage space.
On the garden floor is a perfectly appointed one-bedroom apartment that is suitable for renting or visiting guests.

There is something about a Brooklyn brownstone. This one is BEAUTIFUL!!! So much space and yet homey. Parents of friends of mine owned a brownstone back in the 80s. My friends lived on the top floor. The views from their floor were amazing. It was the smallest of the floors, which is why they had it, but I absolutely loved it.

This reminds me of my Aunt's house, at least the bones of it. She lived in Brooklyn not too far from Prospect Park and that backyard in particular looked very familiar. Of course her home, from when I was there was very run down and that was back in the late 70's to early 80's, though she lived there until 2004. My only issues are neighboring townhouses/people looking right back at you given the close proximity…and no alleys to facilitate garage access for parking. Perhaps New Yorkers are just accepting of this and it’s no big deal. Overall, I’m still charmed! 😍

Nice video very engaging from beginning to the end. Nevertheless putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for

To be clear, I don't expect catastrophic inflation anytime soon. But it doesn't hurt to bolster my finances ahead of uncertain economic times.

@@mackzack297 It is also possible to produce superior performance provided you do something different from the majority. However, most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market than to the cost of proper diversification.

The market is seeing one of selloffs since 2020, sparking panic among people and raising questions about why crypto prices have been increasingly sensitive to gyrations.

If you’ve decided to invest in the cryptocurrency market, it’s important, as with any other investment, to do your research. explore what you should know before you invest.

Cool Brownstone house. When you think of New York houses, that's still one of the first things you think about.
So, question. And this may be country specific: why is this called an appartment? I'd call this a house. It would be a house over here in the Netherlands. The basement appartment would be a flat or appartment to us. Do people in the US call any home that's not freestanding an appartment? Or is it because the building is split in two seperate units?

I don't think most real estate is worth some of the asking prices and although this is a huge amount of money it's honestly a lot nicer than I gave it credit for, the choices for the design are pretty nice, I love those pocket doors and the outdoor space is very nice. I like having multiple fireplaces as well :)
