Eating Healthy On A Fast Food Budget? That's been a question I've been asking myself a lot lately. So I decided to go out and run the experiment to see how cheap I can go EATING HEALTHY on a fast-food budget.
I explored Trader Joe's, Aldi, and Whole Foods and bought the same items to see what the price difference would be. The results were shocking.

Good video. I don't like McDonald's because I hear their food is substandard. Trader Joe's is high priced but I like the quality. You enjoy making videos. You have such enthusiasm.

It seems so hard to stay away from fast food places because we just can't help ourselves since it is so convenient to grab. I agree with you on the french fries lol.

Thanks for another informative & helpful video. Trader Joe's is probably my favorite because I like their brand foods and they have a huge variety. Love them. However, I wont shop there too often because of the prices. Whole Foods sell pretty healthy food but is more expensive. You got it right in order of cost. Unfortunately for me I have to travel a distance to get to an Aldees. Having said all this, yes. I get the moral of the story.😃👍👍

I was actually looking into spending 10 a week for food because I usually do 150+ a month and that I could be saving you know? Never been to any of those stores even though we have Trader Joe's and Whole Foods down the road from me ...anyways welcome back nice seeing your face again!

It's easier and cheaper to live healthy if you buy whole foods (not the store) and stay away from all the processed items.
wait hold on, you're telling me its cheaper to buy from the supermarket then mcdonalds, this is nuts! is supermarket milkshake cheaper then mcdonalds milkshakes, are the drinks cheaper? im shook to my very core, ive been living wrong my whole life, ive always thought it was better value to buy cooked food from a staffed restaurant then a supermarket. But this is a nice vid, and it's not just food, everything is an analogy of fast-foods these days. Fast-cheap-low quality-easily accessible. And not even cheaper, people just don't bother.
