I've found that doing Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya of Isha Foundation is what is taking care of me of my entire karmic existence. I started it in Feb 2022 and my life has never been the same. This is a powerful kriya that works directly with the energy body, physical body and mental body which is said to have been directly related to cutting ties/allowing a separation from our previous karma that's bringing the same old results. I am not sure if you follow me but this has been my personal experience and people in my yoga community and countless millions have benefited from this.
The only regret I have with this is I didn't find it any sooner. Had I found it sooner I would've saved so many things in my life. But nevertheless I am now in much elevated place. I insist you atleast follow Sadhguru's video on this Kriya. It will definitely help you on this journey of balancing Rahu/Ketu and all the other planets. This is the key.
