    Thank you so much! Your first video itself already guided me enough to understand the simplex method further and this video completely cleared my remaining doubts.

    Hello, Professor! I have learned so much from your videos. I just have a question. What if there are two most negatives in the objective function? Which key column should I choose?

    question, what if the second constraint in your problem had a equal sign (=) instead of a greater than/less than, how do you convert that in standard form

    • @abigaillsamm
      @abigaillsamm Před 5 měsíci

      wouldn’t it already be in standard form since there is no inequality, i think it just already did it for you

    • @MvanaMayo
      @MvanaMayo Před 4 měsíci

      any constraint with a equal sign can be converted into two greater than/less than, basically X /= 2, means the same as X = 2 and just divide by -1 on the >/= to obtain -X

    Sir If we had even added R2 .i.e 2 with R1.i.e -2. then also we get there zero, But by this logic the answer of Z will become 1250. I dont think this is wrong logic

    In table 3, its S1 that leaves not S2, S2 has already left. Upar ka niche aayeka, side ka side lagega. So, x2 enter,S1 leaves.

    -2 how to get zero sir plz reply me

    • @uuuummm9
      @uuuummm9 Před 8 měsíci

      in this case R2 should be 1, it is given because it is key element. So in the expression R1+A*R2 you have R1=-2 and R2=1, so you need to find the coefficient A only.

    wouldn't R2 - R3 be -1
    because R2 = 1 and R3 = 2 which is the key value?

      He already changed the signs in standard eqn in step 1 ...so..ig it's different method. I saw other videos about cj-zj and they were pretty complicated...this seems to be easy and less calculation intensive

    It does not really matter of course but a number divided by 0 is not infinity...
